Didn’t have any chicken ready, didn’t have potatoe wedges ready, and the icing on the cake is there was no one in line, but I was told to pull into a parking spot to save their drive thru timer. Terrible experience and won’t be back, but I’m sure the employees love less work to do.

Nope… TERRIBLE SERVICE!!
I’d say stay away!! We waited for over 20 minutes for our food. Watched other people come and go, get their food. We weren’t acknowledged until my husband stood at the counter. Never told our order would be a wait. It wasn’t until we asked for a refund that we they paid attention to us. Then they didn’t recall our order. I’d rather give my money to another business and get my food in a timely manner.

I want to brag on the new guy. It’s good to see someone take their time with the customer and making sure everything is correct. He repented my order to me he got me everything I needed including my ice for my drinks because the lobby ice was out. I watched him come from around the counter when he wasn’t taking a order and cleaned the tables and asked the other customer if they needed anything and he even took the trays up for some people including myself.
Keep up the great work and the food was delicious. Thanks again

I read the reviews before posting mine, but I didn’t have a bad experience it was actually great. The black guy was new and did a great job when they were really busy and people was being rude to him and he held a smile on his face. The other two ladies that was there making the food was fast as they could have been and it was a great visit. Thank you all. I appreciate it. Let that black guy know to hold in there and not let those people who think they are entitled get to him. He did a great job with us from out of town

After numerous attempts to visit this establishment, I must say, it has left me utterly disappointed. I find it unbelievable that KFC corporate hasn’t taken action to rectify this situation.

Just dont bother. Waited 45 minutes past my scheduled pick up time for my online order and the order was 75% wrong. Complete mess!
If I could give 0 stars I'd give it an infinity. Went in the store no one acknowledged us. Left the store to go thru drive thru and waited 30 mins or so for my food. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Corporate, what is going on at this location? No one to say hello. Kitchen seems dead. Dining room full of customers waiting for food and service like it’s a funeral. Who is managing this location. A sore disappointment for such a well known brand.

Pulled off an exit to see what I could find for lunch. Found an A&W ❤️. I ordered a coney dog and they had to call back to see if they had coney sauce. Then I tried to get Root Beer (at A&W!) and they didn’t have any. 🤯
Everyone was so nice. The food was fresh and soooo good. The workers were definitely respectful and patient. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.
