Love this place so much, been going here since I was three. Food has always been soo good, always super fresh. The employees always doing the most for me. They have always treated me right, even the new hires. the music is sometimes a little too loud, and occasionally the building gets way too hot. Anytime I have ever got my food, and it was wrong the employees were super accommodating and made sure it was corrected and still fresh. 10/10 would recommend for anyone! Thank you KFC!

Long story short, had a big miscommunication on an online order that I placed. My friend thought we were shorted food and went back to complain and pick up the missing items. When I found out that the order was in fact correct, I called the store to try and pay for the extra food we had picked up. I spoke with Calvin, the manager, and explained the situation and he recalled the incident and thanked me for calling but would not accept my payment. He was very kind and professional during both encounters. And the food was great.

Nothing but nice things to say. The staff was very nice to me while I waited for my mobile order during a lunch rush. Everyone inside was super polite, my food was hot and fresh and I tried the new Korean BBQ sauced nuggets. 10/10 would come back.

Ordered the 8 piece bucket of chicken family dinner. Chicken was dry and over cooked. There were mostly small broken pieces with only a couple of whole pieces. The mashed potatoes were not fresh and the coleslaw was old tasting with little flavor. I threw out 1/2 the meal and won’t return.
I have ordered there over the years and the food has gone way down hill in quality.
Went through the line on my lunch break at 8pm to grab a quick bowl. Mind you, closing time isn’t until 9pm. Tried to order the famous bowl and was told they were out of chicken bites for the night so I couldn’t order ANY of the bowls on the menu. How long does it take to cook chicken bites? It’s not that they were completely out. They were just out for the night. So is there a certain time they cut off the food orders and just sell out of what they have? Because I’ve worked in food for fifteen years until recently and we always had to make sure everything on the menu was available until closing time. Hmm??? Or is that just the service at this location?

They should just shut this place down. Its been so bad for so long. Must have terrible owner/management to allow such poor quality and horrendous service. Havent been here in many months because of previous bad experiences. Decided to give it a try tonight and was it a mistake. Walked in to order and the lady said “if you want chicken its going to take 30 minutes” I didnt even respond, I just walked out never to return. Is it unreasonable to expect KFC to have chicken prepared on a Friday night? Maybe so.

Don’t get the Famous mashed potato chicken bowl. Second time I’ve ordered it in a couple weeks. Both times same issue. They put very little chicken on it. Like 3 or 4 tiny bites. It’s all mashed potato corn and gravy. Not worth the money. Side of slaw was good. Shrink flation.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They like to make you wait 45 minutes for your food. Don't give you all your food and then refuse to answer the phone.

7:30 at night and can’t get chicken because there isn’t a manager on duty. Only 2 16 year old young men and they can’t cook chicken.

Placed mobile order and app said food was ready but still ended up waiting 30 minutes to get our in store pickup. The corn was cold and tasted like it had just come out of a can. The lady that asked if we had a pickup order after we stood there for 20 minutes had an attitude. The restaurant was not busy at the time.

Took 33 min for one meal. No straws, no lids, no napkins out for us to grab. Most of the employees were walking around looking super lost and confused. All customers waiting quietly for food but super frustrated. The whole experience was painful

Went mid-day around 330 and didn't allow dine-in tried drive thru no response from speaker for 20 minutes. Might as well shut this location down

On this particular visit, KFC HAD to be having an off night. I used the app to place my order. I finally got my food at least 15 minutes after my "ready" time. To make things worse, the worker who gave me my order had such a snotty attitude. To add insult to injury, the chicken on this night was less than enjoyable.
I'll order from KFC again, but it'll be a while before I order from THIS location again!
