Very friendly.
Unless you are dying to get sick… do NOT go to this little Ceasars. I unfortunately cannot post a full length video of me confronting this restaurant with the fly that was baked into my bread and was obviously there when they added other ingredients when it came out of the oven. Confrontation happened and would not simply give me my money back for the meal that was $18.
Didn’t even care about the $18….2 things though… I have a sick child with leukemia and ingesting something like this could have caused complications… and 2. it was simply to prove a point that places like this would rather have bad reviews and bad social media posts than to simply pay a customer back what they paid for their meal.
If I figure out how to post the full video, I will….
If this was the first time dealing with something like this from this restaurant… I don’t know but I may have let it slide…. Not now.

Corporate, you need a new GM, unless having the location and poorly trained staff is sufficient.
First let me say that my family loves Little Caesars. We were so excited when the White House store opened and placed several orders there. Unfortunately, the store is poorly managed and struggles with order accuracy, delays, and inconsiderate staffing. It’s difficult, at best, to get them on the phone, and their voice mail is always full. I initially quit going to this store for these reasons, but recently gave them another chance, thinking perhaps things had gotten better. Nope, the issues persist. I’ve placed three orders since this decision, and two were inaccurate and delayed, with no acknowledgement or offer from the store to offset the issues. Like most people, I work hard for my money, and expect to get what I pay for. I also expect for it to be ready at or near the stated time. And to be clear, I’m not looking for my entire order to be comped, just some acknowledgement of the issues, and effort to make them right. Sad to say this store will no longer be getting my business, referrals, or good reviews.

Most recently I placed an online order @ 3:40pm for drive thru pickup at 5pm. Received email confirmation stating the order would be ready for pickup between 5:00 and 5:05pm. Arrived at the store at 5:07pm. Order was not ready until 5:23 and my sone (who went inside) was told the delay was due to the Pepperoni Puffs being in the oven. Got home (6 miles away) and discovered they had given us regular stuffed crust, instead of pretzel stuffed crust pizza. (I know we should have checked before leaving, but didn't due to being rushed) .
I called the store and informed the assistant manager who told me I could bring the incorrect pizza back and he would replace it. I live 6 miles away from the store (12 miles round trip) and told him this. I had already made this trip once and waited beyond the stated time for my order to be completed. There was no offer to replace all order items (so they wouldn’t get cold during the return) or to provide a discount of any kind. And when I asked about this, I was told they could only replace the incorrect pizza.
Sad to say that this store will no longer be getting my business, referrals, or good reviews.

Pizza was undercooked
We waited 20 min for our pizza the employees were helpful and courteous the store was clean the pizza was awesome we ordered pretzel large

This has got to be the worst pizza place I have ever ate at I called my pizza in We went and picked it up waited over an hour for it to get done Got home The pizza was cold The dough was not done and the breadsticks that's a whole new story I called to talk to the manager he never once in our conversation said he was sorry about the service All he said was at the worker was under stress and says but sir you are serving food that is not cooked thoroughly where we are under stress I told him that was not acceptable asked him for the district managers number he said that he did not have that and I know that was bullcrap I will never go to the pizza place in White House Tennessee again very disappointing.. And I only gave them one stars cuz it didn't give me a space to give zero stars

My husband and I ordered a pizza from there last night in White House Tennessee and let me tell you it was the worst pizza I have ever ate in my life The dough was not done the breadsticks well that's a whole new ball game there I called the order in and my husband still had to wait over an hour to get the pizza when I called back up there to talk to the manager he was rude disrespectful never once did he apologize The only thing he said was their under stress and I said so serving food that is not cooked thoroughly is okay he said I am like I told you we're under stress I get that but that is still unacceptable I will never eat there again when I asked for the district managers number he hung up on me I highly recommend that you never eat at the one in White House Tennessee
The owner of this place needs to get their establishment under control. We ordered one pizza and some bread sticks and he had us waiting 30 plus minutes with screaming kids in the car. While he walks around and vapes outside and sits in the back of the store. We got a refund and left. Make pizzas and have them ready to go. It’s not hard. Make sure you ask for a receipt! He didn’t offer one or ask if we wanted one, upon looking at our refund receipt we saw he had up charged us for the “EMB” pizza which we did not ask for!! Very shady business practice. No telling how many people get charged the extra dollar for something they didn’t ask for!! We went to Zaxby’s after this debacle and received our food fast and the correct price!

As others said. Worst Little Ceasar's I've ever been to.
40 minutes to get an order completed when other locations are done in 20 minutes or so.
1 pizza had wax paper left on top of the crust but below the sauce and cheese.
Ordered two crazy stuffed crust pizzas and only recived two stuff crust pizzas. had to have the pizzas returned to have the crazy bread sauce and parmesan sprinkled over the crust.
Problems are basic quality issues. Simple order completion.
