First let me say that my family loves Little Caesars. We were so excited when the White House store opened and placed several orders there. Unfortunately, the store is poorly managed and struggles with order accuracy, delays, and inconsiderate staffing. It’s difficult, at best, to get them on the phone, and their voice mail is always full. I initially quit going to this store for these reasons, but recently gave them another chance, thinking perhaps things had gotten better. Nope, the issues persist. I’ve placed three orders since this decision, and two were inaccurate and delayed, with no acknowledgement or offer from the store to offset the issues. Like most people, I work hard for my money, and expect to get what I pay for. I also expect for it to be ready at or near the stated time. And to be clear, I’m not looking for my entire order to be comped, just some acknowledgement of the issues, and effort to make them right. Sad to say this store will no longer be getting my business, referrals, or good reviews.
This has got to be the worst pizza place I have ever ate at I called my pizza in We went and picked it up waited over an hour for it to get done Got home The pizza was cold The dough was not done and the breadsticks that's a whole new story I called to talk to the manager he never once in our conversation said he was sorry about the service All he said was at the worker was under stress and says but sir you are serving food that is not cooked thoroughly where we are under stress I told him that was not acceptable asked him for the district managers number he said that he did not have that and I know that was bullcrap I will never go to the pizza place in White House Tennessee again very disappointing.. And I only gave them one stars cuz it didn't give me a space to give zero stars

My husband and I ordered a pizza from there last night in White House Tennessee and let me tell you it was the worst pizza I have ever ate in my life The dough was not done the breadsticks well that's a whole new ball game there I called the order in and my husband still had to wait over an hour to get the pizza when I called back up there to talk to the manager he was rude disrespectful never once did he apologize The only thing he said was their under stress and I said so serving food that is not cooked thoroughly is okay he said I am like I told you we're under stress I get that but that is still unacceptable I will never eat there again when I asked for the district managers number he hung up on me I highly recommend that you never eat at the one in White House Tennessee
The owner of this place needs to get their establishment under control. We ordered one pizza and some bread sticks and he had us waiting 30 plus minutes with screaming kids in the car. While he walks around and vapes outside and sits in the back of the store. We got a refund and left. Make pizzas and have them ready to go. It’s not hard. Make sure you ask for a receipt! He didn’t offer one or ask if we wanted one, upon looking at our refund receipt we saw he had up charged us for the “EMB” pizza which we did not ask for!! Very shady business practice. No telling how many people get charged the extra dollar for something they didn’t ask for!! We went to Zaxby’s after this debacle and received our food fast and the correct price!

40 minutes to get an order completed when other locations are done in 20 minutes or so.
1 pizza had wax paper left on top of the crust but below the sauce and cheese.
Ordered two crazy stuffed crust pizzas and only recived two stuff crust pizzas. had to have the pizzas returned to have the crazy bread sauce and parmesan sprinkled over the crust.
Problems are basic quality issues. Simple order completion.

I was told it would only take about 10 mins before I paid for the food. It has currently been 30 mins. Lied to me just to get my money so I would order.

How can your slogan be “hot n ready” but then make people wait over 40 minutes for a cheese pizza and a crazy bread. Then I ask for a refund and a pizza just magically appears but no bread. Awful. Way too slow.

Horrible attitude and customer service by the lady with the short grey hair and glasses. Also, the breadsticks barely had any butter or parm on them.. very dry. I asked for extra parm cheese and was given 4 packs for a large pizza and breadsticks. I noticed, once I got in the car, that I didn't have marinara for the bread sticks. I went back in, and said I forgot the marinara for the bread sticks (has always came with it at other locations) and she said... that's why I asked if you needed any sauce or dips. It took all I had not to respond the way I wanted to. Never again.

3rd party delivery service worker- I was hesitant to accept an order from here because of the above. Of course, I received horrible customer service by the same lady but worse. Pick up time 1:22. I pull up to the window at 1:21 and simply say I have an order for so and so. Her response is it hasn't been started yet. My reply is how long do you think it will be? Just FYI for everyone, as a 3rd party delivery worker, I have the option to unassign an order based off of the wait time. I also accept deliveries based off of the pick up time. So, for me to show up to a place 1 min before the pick up time and them tell me that it's not even started is a big deal... esp if it's a pizza. This extremely rude employee responds with... I don't know, I don't even know what it is.. you get it before we do. Then says we got it at 1:11. Ok? What does that mean to me? I need a simple professional answer so I can decide if I want to waste my time sitting there or accept another order. I have been doing 3rd party deliveries for 3 years, and I have never once experienced this. I have been a customer all my life, and I have never once experienced this. I will never come back to this store as a customer or accept any deliveries again. Some people should never work with the public. I hope the manager (very much hope it's not her) addresses this appropriately.

We have tried this location several times on the way home to Goodlettsville and it’s just never great. The food is just not up to expectations. We ordered Italian cheese bread & the Extra Most Bestest cheese pizza tonight. The pizza looked no better than a regular cheese but still not as good as the Goodlettsville locations, cheese bread is super dry, not the classic buttery Italian cheese bread we have always gotten. We choose this over the other chains because we actually do like the food more than other fast food pizza places..

The food was fresh and delicious got the pepperoni ? pizza with half bacon sticks and 2 orders of the crazy puff pepperoni ? cups. It was all fresh and tasty. The team there tonight is doing an amazing job. The buffalo ranch sauce is amazing ? to. Thanks for great pizza and freshness & service. It was all cooked to perfection!!! ?

One pizza took 45 minutes at lunch time on Saturday. The guy tried to overcharge me and that’s not the first time he has attempted it.
