Normally I always have a pleasant experience at this location but today was the exception to that. The girl taking my order would not slow down long enough to listen to what I was ordering. I was asked to pull forward in the drive thru and waited 10 minutes for my food which never came. I got the happy meals and the burger was wrong. I went inside and the manager "fixed the food" but got home and my husband's burger was still made incorrectly.

Every time I come here to get a Big Mac, I have to pull forward. I get it, I do. But when I can’t get hot fries or sandwiches, I am done for a while. I didn’t have time to bring the food back because I had groceries in my car. This place has had disappointing services for over 3 years. I keep trying to give them a chance. It’ll be a while before I go back.
