I hate that the night manager calls you a liar when at first they say it was bagged beside me and then that she bagged it. Both bags were sealed up with 3 pieces of tape but she tried to say the DoorDash person stole the items. Missing a drink and a Big Mac w/o onions. This is not counting they can’t count because they give you 9 nuggets for a 10 piece. This place was getting better but a manager doesn’t lie or accuse the customer of lying.

Orders are almost always wrong and when you ask for cook to order is still stale and awful. It's fast food so I'm not expecting great or perfect but I don't expect stale especially when you have a picky eater in the family

I have yet to have a good experience at rbis location. There is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. Mind you, I work for delivery services as well which now makes me weary of accepting orders from this location. I spent almost $30 through Uber Eats for dinner from this place. I HAD TO GO BACK AND GRAB THE MAIN PART OF THE ORDER. What the hell... i have yet to have a good experience as customer or delivery personnel. The only time it was decent, I ordered a caramel iced coffee as is [so kinda hard to mess that up]. Oh and the only reason why I ordered... can you guess?! Waiting on an order for the delivery service... so I figured might as well get a coffee.. I will be happy correct my statements when it happens.
