I ordered to double quarter with cheese and a large fry. The fries were good. The double quarter pounder patties were probably 2 to 3 hours old. Do better! Especially for the premium prices you are charging!

Nasty… it has hair in my fries it’s basically cold they had to remake my order bc they gave mine to sb else just for my food to still be cold and I’m not even the type that even complains but this is very nasty im sorry to say.

I ordered 2 cones and 2 ice cream in cups - plain vanilla. All came filled with black moldy looking pieces in the ice cream. I return the product for a refund and the team ensured me the machine would be cleaned. I went back to the play area to watch my kids and more customers come in the area with ice cream, turns out they were served moldy ice cream as well. When I asked the team why they decided to knowingly serve moldy ice cream to kids the only reply from the “manager” was “ It’s not his problem”.
I will not return to this location again. I would rather spend my money where the staff can atleast pretend to care.

Lady at pay window was amazing.i got to the second window and dude tossed my food too me:(. I'm driving about to eat my biscuits and gravy to find that they were not made for me but wrapped up separately and barely got gravy in its separate container. Please don't do it again and stop the disrespect and laziness.

Order big breakfast with hotcakes received one syrup ask for one more since meal comes with three pancakes the manager said extra syrup would be 75 cents the only McDonald's in area to charge. So next day I go to one in goodletsville order same thing ask for more syrup and I was given 2 more at no coat.
The food sucks. You have to pull forward or to the side every time, regardless of how long their line is. It's ran by teenagers with purple hair that have zero communication skills and will throw a tantrum if you ask for more than 3 ketchup packets.
