Fast, easy, and delicious. Friendly service, was greeted at the door as I entered. Food was ready exactly when the app said it would be. Staff was friendly, food was as expected.

I really wanted to like this because I’ve been craving their pan pizza but sauce taste like straight canned paste, dough was soggy and tasteless and loaded with onions and jalapeños but where’s the meat? Delivery service was great.

Ordered a pizza last night and went to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be ready. And they told me they canceled it. And I asked the kid at the window why and he said they don’t have the ingredients to complete my order. I asked what was out and he said one second and walked away. The manager came up a few minutes later and told me they were out of dough. I expected them to be out of a sauce for my wings or something. Didn’t call me or nothing ahead of time. Not sure why he couldn’t tell me they had no dough and not sure why they couldn’t shut off their app for accepting orders. Horrible customer service and didn’t offer to give a coupon out or anything.

Was at this place tonight. 4/17/25. 26 minutes to get 2 Hut boxes. Kid said it took so long because they were waiting on the chicken. Expressed my concern and no customer service. Apparently the owner/investers don't care about reviews,
there is a history of the same reviews as mine. Won't be back, highly suggest their competition.

Very slow. Young kids in there not doing there jobs. Ordered online and it said it was ready. Kid in there said it would be a few minutes and we had to wait while they just began to get our order made.Last time we will be going to this location. Strongly suggest going to a competitor.

Order a Hawaiian chicken pizza with extra chicken and extra pineapples did not get any pineapples on my pizza and pay for it very disappointed

Man.. as an entrepreneur myself I hate to leave the feedback but I tried to get it resolved and not an acceptable response and customer service. Burnt pizza, uncooked Cinnabons, forgot to give me wings. Happy to remove if the owner contacts me.

Placed an order at 9:45pm. At 10:50pm my husband called to check on order and the automated system said it was cancelled, yet he was charged. So I called from my phone and spoke to a Hispanic man that stated it was cancelled and the order would arrive at 11:14pm. We waited until 11:30 pm and SHOCKER, no pizza, nothing. Completely pathetic. We have never had a good experience with Pizza Hut in White House but decided to try it again. (It’s been awhile) at this point this place needs to be shut down. Clearly this location is being ran by teenagers or completely incompetent individuals that have no business managing a business of any form. Save your money and time before ordering from Pizza Hut in White House TN. You’re welcome in advance!

Never in my life have I experienced customer service like I did tonight…
I ordered 2 large pizzas with 1 topping each, 16 boneless wings, breadsticks and a 2 liter.
The tracker said my food was done at 7pm which is exactly when I arrived. Did t get to the window until 7:20. The kid told me it wasn’t ready just yet and to give them a few minutes.
I sat there. And sat there. And as I’m sitting there, I can see about 7-8 of their “staff” who all looked 12 standing in a group playing on their phones, giggling and goofing off while I am not going on over an hour of waiting. Finally I hear someone yell about me sitting there for over an hour.
He opened the window and asked my name. Told him again.
The guy who yelled about me being there for so long brought a kid over and told him to credit my account. As he’s at the window adding the credit to my account a woman pulls up next to me and states she had been inside waiting (and had already put in her complaint) and she heard them yelling about my order and saw them put my pizza in right then!
So after he credited my account, I then had to wait another 45 Minutes!!!
When I was finally handed my food (which was missing my 2 liter) I asked for the manager. He went on about the shift the night before and how they ran out of dough earlier in the day and a few of the pizzas got burnt, etc.
As someone who has managed a restaurant before I acknowledged to him that I understood those situations, HOWEVER, there was ZERO communication. ZERO. And I could see them in plain sight doing literally nothing.
I know that some situations are out of their control, but I also know that simple communication about them being behind would’ve made this experience so different.
And the manager just looked annoyed the entire time I spoke with him.
Retrain your staff. Replace your management.

My delivery order was never delivered! I started wondering after it hadn't arrived so I called. I NEVER talked to anyone. No notice, no call, no one to ask. NO FOOD for family!

Not our first bad experience, but it is our last. We will no longer order from the White House location. Our order wasn't correct, not the first time, and an item wasn't received. When I called to request the PAID FOR item, her first response was "should I just refund you or would you like to pick it up?" SERIOUSLY?!! It was a DELIVERY ORDER for a reason!! Then she proceeded to DROP my call, forcing me to call back. I ultimately received the item about 30 to 45 mins later. As stated above, they've run out of opportunities to make their customer service better.
