The food is always great!The employees all seem really miserable which makes me sad for them. Any kind of substitutions to meals they act like it’s the end of the world and I’m inconveniencing them to ask. There is always long wait but I would rather wait and have a nice fresh bucket of chicken then one under a warmer light.

I don't understand how this place is still open. I placed only order at 535 pm for pickup at 550 for 12 wings, mashed potatoes and macaroni.I got there about 600pm to pickup order. Order not ready nor can they find the ticket. Told worker I was there to pickup order and apparently she didn't tell anyone I had arrived. About 615 worker asks me am I still waiting for order yes I am. They finally start packing order but a worker dropped wings on the counter. So now they have to drop fresh chicken and I have to wait another 7 minutes I placed my order over 1 hour ago. I go outside to smoke at this point im frustrated come back in they done locked the door had to call then like they didn't know I was coming back in this is at 630 they close at 7, just to be told they havent dropped the wings yet. Then they come back to say we dont have the ghost pepper wings would you like something else.Lord who tf is in charge of this store. 640pm finally have my order. Atleast the chicken was fresh

This location needs a new owner who can hire a competent manager and employees. Every time im here I know im in for a fight. The employees always act like youre bothering them by being there. Food is never ready, and you have to wait an eternity to get it. Doors are always locked. Very poor management.

We used to come every other day but the past month and a half it has been awful. My husband ordered large Cajun fries and received none. I ordered 1/4 pound shrimp with 2 "spicy" tenders and I received classic tenders. (After waiting in a parking spot like they asked). Out of the 5 spicy tenders my husband ordered he got 1 classic and 4 extremely dried out/old spicy ones.Other visits I have had undercooked chicken. Miss the old staff. I won't be back here. Worth a second review

Went through the drive thru to order dinner. Very disappointed. Ordered 2 meals . Didn’t look at the food until I got home . Chicken tenders, red beans & rice …. HORRIBLE! 3 chicken tenders that were the equivalent to 1. Red beans & rice, let’s just say the rice was no where near to being done . Next time when I’m in the area, it’s a NO for me . ( originally tried to order 2 pieces of white meat, but there was none available?? )

Had a decent lunch here with my son and the food was okay. The blackened chicken sandwich I had seemed like it was flavored more like teriyaki, and the mashed potatoes were very garlicy. Maybe that's how they're supposed to be. Will give the place another try in the near future.

If you want to take in the sights and sounds of HWY 76 this is the place to go. Been sitting in line and in a parking spot waiting for food for over 45 mins now. By the way there was only 3 cars in front of me.

Refused to make my order because they wanted to close early even though the order had already been placed. They locked the lobby and put a “closing at 8pm sign up” but told Grubhub that the electricity went out but it was on the entire time. This order was placed before 730. Make it make sense. If I have the order details you can still make the order. Absolutely ridiculous. Cost me $10. Thanks.
Very friendly and helpful employees. Got a few chicken sandwiches. The chicken was fresh. The buns were fresh. Clean restaurant. Highly recommend.

40 min wait for chicken. Because they didn't have one peice they decided to let me just sit in my car instead of problem solving and asking if it could be substituted for something else. Zero common sense. Zero customer service. Didn't offer for discount or anything. Not even a apology. Probably would of let me sit in my car for the whole night if I let them. ?

They take twenty minutes to make a chicken sandwich. Tasty when you get it but it’s unreal how long it takes to get the simplest meal here. Sometimes longer. Never more than a couple people there and they don’t communicate well.
