NEVER ORDER DELIVERY. They are lazy and if they don’t want to make the thing you ordered they will throw the next easiest thing in and it’s most likely going to be a thin bean and cheese wrap. When you call to try to fix it they tell you there’s nothing they can do. THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY.

Every time my family come to this location there is poor service and long wait time. We usually stop for drinks and end up waiting upwards of 15-20 minutes. They seem to be poorly managed and trained on customer service. I used to love this Sonic but it has really deteriorated in the last few years.

Every single one of these workers i waited for 45 mins 20 for someone to even answer the damn call menu then they miss delivered my food my tots were old and stale and they didn’t give me a slush every single person there needs to be fired and black listed from every fast food restaurant in America i’ve never had a worse experience in my life
