Is this place trying to go out of business? My tots were like little rocks. Completely dried out and room temperature. It was like they had been run through the fryer 3 times and left out to sit for a few days. I asked for a replacement and they were slightly less hard, but still inedible. My cherry limeade tasted like soda water and there was no cherry in it. And they did not have the nugget ice. Never again, lol.

I just love when I order a BACON double cheeseburger and say ketchup only but never get bacon.. if I’m paying for the bacon to be in my burger then keep it on there!!
Even when I say Cheese BACON and ketchup only, y’all leave the bacon out! It’s not that hard, honestly like what the hello kitty!

Mobile ordering is terrible. Estimated pickup time was 11:57. Here it is 12:17 still don't have my food. Multiple Cars have came and gone. Had to ask someone taking out food if they could check on my order. She said yea I think they are working on yours. They ran out of burgers....I've been here for 20 mins. Past the pickup time, still haven't received my food. Have no idea when I'll receive my food. This sonic is one of the worst around, orders are always wrong, incredibly long wait times. Like most restaurants in White House, TN.
Sonic has great food, staff has always been nice but now they have this “mobile order” bays where you can pull in, select your bay number on the app and they’ll bring your food. More than half the bays are designated for this. Problem is it’s won’t work, keeps saying invalid bay number. You literally have drive to a bay where you can order from and choose that bay number on the app. Since most of the bays are for mobile order you can’t just easily find an open bay now. It’s a good idea in theory but in reality it’s not working.

This is definitely one of the lowest quality sonic,s I have ever visited. For starters the order accuracy was way off from my order to what I got. Then I get home and the food quality followed suite. Chicken was old and soggy, the food lukewarm, and I think the pickle fries were just the breaded scraps from the bottom of the bag with no solid pickle forms throughout the entire container.

Everytime I order tater tots from here they are ridiculously hard, as if they were over cooked or just been sitting in heat for too long. Literally only one time in the last 2 weeks have I gotten a decent order of tater tot’s that you could tell were fresh. When you bite into these hard as a rock ones there’s barely even any potatoe on the inside. I’ve worked in fast food, these are tots that have sat for too long and it seems to be all they have anymore instead of fresh ones. I have extremely sensitive teeth and can never eat the stale ones, but keep hoping it’s just some one off experience and try again cause it’s a perfect snack food for me. I hate to be someone who requests fresh tots but that’s what y’all are going to make me have to do, and I hate that cause having worked in fast food I know it’s an eye roll to request fresh things. If y’all just had fresh tots (literally something y’all are known for) then people wouldn’t have to request fresh things. Extremely disappointing.
