How is it when I get a a milkshake yall don’t wanna put any toppings in it?? I ordered a Oreo cheesecake milkshake and recieve a vanilla shake with a sprinkle of Oreo at the bottom and ZERO cheese cake? Yall wasting my money playing with me I swear.. like frl?

Terrible service. slow, constantly forgetting parts of orders. Don't bother ordering bacon unless you want burnt fried garbage. Always check your bag because they definitely forgot something or messed up your order. Don't want onions? Expect extra onions. Allergies? Good luck. Don't bother.

So I'd been craving some Sonic onion rings for a while. I finally gave in. Ordered a ft long chili dog, onion rings, cheddar peppers and a blast. The chili dog was barely warm, the onion rings were Luke warm at best and the smallest cheddar peppers ive ever seen. The blast was the best part of the meal. For almost 20.00 I would expect better. Quite disappointed.

The service and food at this location is terrible. It's not like that at other locations. This one is consistent with cold food & slow service. I just threw away food. I can't afford to throw money away. I won't return to this location. I gave them 3 tries and they failed each time.

I don't really understand all the negative reviews? I think this Sonic location is good. I consider myself a bit of a Sonic connoisseur 💁🏻♀️ everywhere I've lived for the past 15 years, I locate the nearest Sonic so I know where to get my (almost daily) Cherry/Vanilla Diet Coke fix. I've been to some BAD Sonics and haven't had any major issues with this one. I order ahead on the app and my order is ready when I get there. I have noticed the service is slower during peak times, but I expect that. My food is always fresh and made to my order specifications. The staff has always been friendly. I love the recent remodel. I think this Sonic is doing a good job! 😊

This Sonic is pretty consistent with their food quality but the waits are brutal. 20 minutes for two drinks that were ordered ahead? It’s just crazy. I wouldn’t say something if it was a one time thing, but it’s for sure every time unless it’s first thing in the morning.
I ordered online the buy one get one free footlongs will apparently you have to order 2 for you to get the free one we'll thats not what the app says and they changed me $6 dollars for one footlong I will not be back and the owner is about rude too
