I’ve been to multiple Starbucks and over time you start to learn which ones always give you bitter tasting coffee. The white house location has ALWAYS made good drinks! I know when I go there my order will be right and taste great!
I don’t know the girls name, but she has gorgeous red hair and I reminded her of the cake pop I ordered along with my drink, she took it upon herself to give me an extra one and I didn’t realize it until I got home and it was just such a kind gesture. Working in the service industry and noticing people going above and beyond even in little ways these days really makes a difference. It was a small thing that made my day!! Also my drinks are always delicious here. Very happy!
This is the biggest franchise Starbucks (within another store) that I've seen. They have Nitro Cold Brew (a rarity for franchise). The manager is very nice and she does a great job all around.
