You wait in a long drive trough line… You are hungry! You have 2 different orders.. it’s sorta big. But theses guys do it everyday. No problem! You order 2 different orders and spend almost $30. They miss 2 whole pieces of your order. Not sure how but they do. I mean they are looking at a screen! We drive off because it’s all in 1 big bag. It’s all there right! No… so we pull back around but there is a long as line so we have pulled forward… okay that sucks but I’ll just pull around and go in… NO… the indoor is locked! No… I’m not waiting 5 to 6 spaces to even say that YOU! SCREWED UP!. But that’s okay Taco Bell I’m sure your millions of dollars of profit a year will be okay! You should be better!!!!!
If you have a food allergy, DON'T order from this location. You'll get laughed at, made fun of, and they'll still probably get your order wrong.

This has to be one of the worst run taco bell in TN. Consistently under staffed, I feel bad for the people that work there, you need to hire more help. McDonald's across the street doesn't seem to have the same staffing problems so it must be a management issue. I placed an order using the app 30 minutes before I needed it and walked in to pick it up and couldn't get acknowledged at the counter. Waited 5 minutes and left when I realized I could still cancel my order. Went to McDonald's across the road who was equally as busy and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. And I hate going to McDonald's but this taco bell consistently is terrible.

If a customer happens to stay in a hotel close by to the store without a vehicle with them, it should be understandable to unlock the door and hand them a simple order instead of being lazy. Especially when they’re literally standing in front of the store asking to please make an exception. It is not that hard to be decent. Hire better people.

Missing food from my drivethru order. Tried to call to get it fixed and no one answered.
Went thru drive thru, a couple of items I wanted were not on the menu. Asked at the window about the items, I then tried to add them to the order. I was told I couldn't add to the order by the area manager. We ordered soft taco Supremes and they were like roll ups without the sour cream, isn't that what we pay an extra $1.00 for and it was missing. Very disappointing

Arrived in the Drive-Thru an hour before close and was told they had already shut down the grill. Sounded like they just didn’t want to have to work the last hour of the night. Terrible customer service. Can’t speak for the quality of the food, since we weren’t able to order. Waste of time.
