Waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes for my order, watching the staff walk around chatting. Eventually when my order came out they didnt even call out the order just set it on the counter and walked away. Obviously online orders are the lowest possible priority at this location

You wait in a long drive trough line… You are hungry! You have 2 different orders.. it’s sorta big. But theses guys do it everyday. No problem! You order 2 different orders and spend almost $30. They miss 2 whole pieces of your order. Not sure how but they do. I mean they are looking at a screen! We drive off because it’s all in 1 big bag. It’s all there right! No… so we pull back around but there is a long as line so we have pulled forward… okay that sucks but I’ll just pull around and go in… NO… the indoor is locked! No… I’m not waiting 5 to 6 spaces to even say that YOU! SCREWED UP!. But that’s okay Taco Bell I’m sure your millions of dollars of profit a year will be okay! You should be better!!!!!

This has to be one of the worst run taco bell in TN. Consistently under staffed, I feel bad for the people that work there, you need to hire more help. McDonald's across the street doesn't seem to have the same staffing problems so it must be a management issue. I placed an order using the app 30 minutes before I needed it and walked in to pick it up and couldn't get acknowledged at the counter. Waited 5 minutes and left when I realized I could still cancel my order. Went to McDonald's across the road who was equally as busy and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. And I hate going to McDonald's but this taco bell consistently is terrible.

If a customer happens to stay in a hotel close by to the store without a vehicle with them, it should be understandable to unlock the door and hand them a simple order instead of being lazy. Especially when they’re literally standing in front of the store asking to please make an exception. It is not that hard to be decent. Hire better people.
