Not sure why fast food feels like there is no place for customer service anymore but that seems to be prevalent. This Wendy’s is no exception. Rarely get food correct while prices go up and quality goes down and store cleanliness is crap.

It was what I expect out of a Wendy's. It was very good and it was decorated for Halloween which was fun. If I recall I think the bathroom needed some cleaning but that's really my only gripe.

Know in advance that this store gets absolutely blown up by mobile and delivery orders, especially in the evening and weekends. They have been incredibly nice to us and have thanked us for our kindness and patience as UberEATS/GrubHub drivers yell at them in the lobby.

One biggie deal. 2 things wrong. Discovered after driving 20 minutes home. Confirmed the order before pulling away from speaker...WOULD NOT refund without making me driving all the way back. Could not eat the burger. Fries were hot, though. NEVER pull away from this window without checking EVERYTHING in your order.
