Stopped in to eat during a long road trip. Ordered food for the family and the kids. As we were walking out the door, the bag broke and everything fell out. We were able to save the burgers, and I went back inside to order some more fries and nuggets that were lost for the kids. The staff said no charge replaced what I had because they saw what happened and really made it easier to keep going on our trip. Shout out to everybody at the White House Wendy’s.

Fries were not hot. They sat on the counter while she was waiting for my burger. I'd recommend not filling the fried container until the burger is ready.

Clerk was rude and impatient yet I was the only person in the store and I was standing back from the counter. Checked my order and meat was old and tasted awful. Clerk said it was just off the grill but it was dried out and I expect the quality I paid for. My fries were half full and cold and the clerk said I took too long to get my drink. As she stomped off, the manager kicked me out for expecting decent food and service. Maybe your company should train employees how to be in the service industry and serve the food that is paid for, not what they tried to get by with. Like I said, I was the only person in the store, wonder why? I’ll never go to Wendy’s again.

Went late on the way home from work with the lady - Saturday night. We didn’t know they were minutes from closing before we ordered but we ordered a couple of chicken sandwiches and the night manager that was almost done prepping for closing made us fresh chicken sandwiches and fresh fries. I can’t confirm any different, but he said that the wait was going to be a quick second because he cooked our stuff fresh. This typically is a normal situation however, I have had experiences very recently where whoever is handling the food has given us whatever had been sitting under the heating lamps if they were closing due to not wanting to cook anymore or have to re-clean the fryers or what not.
Whoever handled our order that night - thank you for caring.
I don’t write reviews often but we had a really bad experience at another restaurant right after this experience and it made our Wendy’s experience stand out that much more that the person closing that evening went the extra mile. Fresh fries, fresh chicken - highly recommend if you roll through White House late or not.

One of the better Wendy's we've stopped at recently. The only concern was that the condiment counter needed wiping to remove all the soda cup rings! (All those rings before 11am?) Pleasant and helpful employees.
