I placed my order no more than 15 minutes ago—a simple double cheeseburger meal—and added two regular fries. Somehow, the extra fries were forgotten. Yes, I should have checked the bag before leaving, and that part is on me. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. At some point, basic competency should be expected. I’ve given this place too many chances, and this will absolutely be my last visit.

Your best bet when ordering from this location is to only get your food as it is listed. We asked for them to leave off some things (no cheese, no mustard, pickles, etc.) and 9 out of 10 times those items are still on your order. Maybe they are trying to get the orders out so fast the staff isn’t bothering to read the order.

The food is so good, but I wish my orders would be right. 4/5 times I’ve been here the orders been wrong. It’s frustrating when you have to check the order every time because you know it will be wrong when you get home. The one time it was right I ordered online, so that may be the way to go!
