If your diet requires only healthy options then this southern home style chicken restaurant should remain a mystery but as i finish off my fried chicken tenders and fries/cole slaw in, i feel full and very satisfied about my great experience at Zaxby's

I go every so often to this zaxby's, and more than half the times we go, our orders are completely wrong. I have picky eaters in the house, so it's a whole ordeal when they forget to make a meal plain, or forget entire parts of my order. Please just double check the orders to see they're correct or something.

Today, we door dashed Zaxby's. We love Zaxby's so much and was saddened to see all our fries were indeed not in the boxes of our three meals. So, we called Zaxby's and they insisted that it was our fault and we should pay extra if we wanted our fries, even though we ordered fries originally (it was a $50 order!). They refuse to reimburse us and they claimed if we even wanted the fries we would have to pick it up ourselves and pay for it. Absolutely unbelievable.

I was in the area on business. The associates were friendly and made me feel important. The food was so hot, I had to blow on it in order to eat it. This is how food is supposed to be served!!

I sat in my car, so I didn't experience the entire atmosphere of the restaurant.

Salad was good until i picked up a huge piece of plastic out of it. $18 for a zalad and two drinks with plastic on the side is not ideal. Also, girly that took my order was extremely rude for a 1 minute and 50 second interaction.

Rebekkalyn was extremely rude. No greeting at the front counter. She was just standing there. I asked if she was taking orders. Rudely she said she "was just waiting for us" different girl who's name i didn't get gave us our food and she was very pleasant and sweet

I purchased the 10 piece chicken fingers with French fries large.

The Chicken fingers were too too too salty, and the fries as well, also fries were not large portion.

It was bad food experience

Price fluctuates $2 for the same meal in the same week and staff mumbles
