Buyer beware, went in to get a pack, they were just coming out of the oven, and manager wanted to double charge me because they were fresh! The ones in n the shelf had been sitting there since the day before, and the guy was very rude.

Love Cinnabon, stop and get a bunch of their treats on the way home from Gatlinburg.
Wonderful Cinnabon cinnamon rolls, but the real pleasure was the amazing customer service Elena gave us. Kind and cheerful and made our stop on our road trip a genuinely great experience.
Delicious

Cinnabon great
Don't know exactly. It said it open at 6 a.m. and was told not until 7 and then about 40 minutes to make the buns. So don't go before 8 a.m.
Went several hours before close and they were out of Cinnabons. Claimed it would take 45 minutes to make more — very poor service.
