I’m a trucker so I rarely get a chance to sit down and eat. Today (August 13, 2025 at 9:00pm I had just shut down after being up since 5 am. I was dead tired and decided to dine in. I ordered my food on the kiosk like always. It prompted me to pick a number and chose number 2. I sat and waited on my food. They were calling out order numbers so I payed no attention to that because when you choose dine in their supposed to bring your food. After seeing a bag sit there for 5 minutes I decided to go and see if it was my order. Guess what, it was. I asked the lady “you guys don’t bring the orders to the table anymore”? She shouted yes and rolled her eyes and turned her back to me. I politely grabbed my food and sat down to eat. Don’t get a job in service if you’re not going to serve. Definitely won’t be stopping at this Mc Donald’s again. Her name was Crystal and apparently she’s a manager. I asked for the number to corporate and they said only the General Manager can give that out.

I understand it’s 11pm and it close to closing but that doesn’t mean waste peoples money. I took two bites and realized my food was hours old. I tried to wash it down to realize my lemonade was just water with a splash of lemon. Extremely disappointed I almost feels targeted

Ridiculous at 10:30 in the morning you stop serving breakfast. What happened to 11:00. McDonald's breakfast you got to wake up at 6:00 a.m. you're right a major rest stop. Not cool. Force people to eat burgers and fries at 1030 in morning.

Went thru the drive thru had to pull over to s parking spot waited 15 minutes for my food. My food was cold when it came out and my coca cola I don't what it was supposed to be but it wasn't coke had to throw it away.

Dining room is dirty and we had to constantly shoo flies away. The receipt printer didn't work, but I didn't think that would matter since we entered a table tent number (I failed to notice the order number on the screen). Regardless, the employees were shouting out the receipt number. So, had to guess which order was ours.
Stopped this morning on the way to work to order biscuits for people that work for me. At 5:25 had to wait for biscuits to be made. Ordered 3 sausage egg and cheese, and 2 bacon egg and cheese. When got to work had 1 sausage 1 bacon and 3 with just egg and cheese. This is 3rd time in a row order has been messed up.

This place is awful. It’s always trashed the people are overworked and short staffed so you guessed it super long wait times. So when you do finally get “your” food and I say that loosely cuz it coulda been the peoples next to you and the workers wouldn’t care, chances are it’s slopped together and cold. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
