Lady at the front counter doesnt know what she was doing, she messed up my order and wasnt listening to my instructions and then i decided to order through kiosk and she intentionally delayed my order by 20 mins.

I ordered two items egg and cheese, English muffin and a hash brown. I walked in. Nobody is at the counter. I saw a manager walk across the floor. She looked at me continue to do whatever she was doing. The prep cook came out, looked at me, went back to wherever he came from and then I heard a beep so another young girl came out, went directly to the drive-through and helped two customers while I was still standing there, nobody helping me I clearly said can I get some help please and all of a sudden she want to jump out from behind a wall and says somebody will be right with you I said why couldn’t I get that same Respect When you looked at me so from the time I walked in and from the time she took my order 43 minutes and I was the only person in the store. After receiving my food, I just threw it in the trash because after my order, she walked back to the prep gentlemen and said something to him and at that point it wasn’t worth eating. For a minute, I kind of forgot where I was, but when I realized where I was the good old boys and girls in good old Tennessee so sad so Never again in my life I will ever give you a penny of mine again.

Stood and waited for a while, waiting to speak to a manager or somebody else, but nobody wanted to do anything. See you standing there doesn’t do anything. And makes your drink not full. Like seriously thanks for the pour customer service way to go night shift.

Beware of this location, especially in the AM, when using your mobile app. They will accept your order, then when you get to the window tell you they're not serving it, and laugh at you when you ask for a refund. I know it's mcdonalds so the bar is already low but this location has extremely unprofessional staff. If you value your money don't risk it here.

this place is always the slowest of the most of the time the fries are COLD. tonight they closed early and I placed a mobile order & tried to pick it up when I asked about my order the Mgr said."we're closed for maintenance, it's on that sign"!!! I said well I can't see that sign from the Hwy which is where I ordered my online order!!!! worst McDonald's I've been in in a while.
