I honestly have not eaten at a Subway in probably 5 years but this location. The young man that took care of me today genuinely gave a shit about the sandwich that he was putting out and he wanted you to be 100% satisfied and I would 100% return to this location and have Subway again. Employees like this make or break companies and this guy is an absolute asset

Giving 5 stars solely for Atlas. I was really impressed with the service I received this evening, thanks to Atlas, who was working solo. She went above & beyond to make my sandwiches exactly how I wanted them. Atlas was managing in-store orders, the drive-thru, and online orders. Despite being so busy, she had a positive attitude and handled the busy rush with incredible efficiency. You can tell she genuinely cares about quality. An employee like this is a rare find!

When we arrived there was 2 people ahead of us. We waited 30 minutes to place our order with only 1 person working. The 1 person working had to do the front, drive thru, door dash, grub hub and register. This is ridiculous.

Employee because I did not do as requested verbally abused me to the point that I felt verbally assaulted and then proceeded to follow me out of the restaurant when I left. I feel that that employee needs communication training and possibly to be terminated from their job for their actions because no one should be verbally assaulted when they go into a restaurant. This was highly unprofessional and uncalled for.

The employee that was on duty tonight 1/29/25 was very rude & unsanitary . She used the same gloves she had on when ringing orders on computer. Very unsanitary! Her name tag said “D”. She failed to acknowledge any customer walking in and made an enormous scene when I tried to refill my cup that I purchased from SUBWAY. Very disappointing customer experience .

Seen the drive thru sign which is great, Couldnt order my build your own on the screen so pushed the bottom for help and waited but nobody came. This isn't the first time it's happened either. So unless you can order on the screen and have 30 min to wait, don't bother
