If i could leave 10 stars for Josh who worked the Monday rush today in white pine... I would. Hes very knowledgeable, hes calm, hes sweet. He handled that rush like he owns the place. I also called the store to tell him how great he was.
I will be returning to this location in hopes of him being my sandwich artist!!
He was the only one on shift and he did the absolute best with handling walk ins and to gos. HE DESERVES A RAISE. I tipped him well because I know how stressful it is to deal with people in customer server. I hope you see this Josh!

I've been here several times, And never have I ever been treated this nicely, Josh the worker was so nice and very friendly he made sure the whole experience was good from the time I walked in til I was leaving. He constantly asked me if everything was good with my sandwiches if it was toasted just right to is this enough sauce. He was on top of everything. He was really nice and helpful. 10 out of 10 amazing moment. Thank you!

Danielle was excellent…started with a warm genuine welcome, followed by helping and teaching me the app…all the while with a beautiful smile. Made wonderful sandwiches, yes, two of them. Was going to get one but her greeting made me get two! She’s proficient and enjoyable. Danielle is a keeper and definitely management material. A true asset to Subway. Thank you Danielle!!!

I honestly have not eaten at a Subway in probably 5 years but this location. The young man that took care of me today genuinely gave a shit about the sandwich that he was putting out and he wanted you to be 100% satisfied and I would 100% return to this location and have Subway again. Employees like this make or break companies and this guy is an absolute asset

Giving 5 stars solely for Atlas. I was really impressed with the service I received this evening, thanks to Atlas, who was working solo. She went above & beyond to make my sandwiches exactly how I wanted them. Atlas was managing in-store orders, the drive-thru, and online orders. Despite being so busy, she had a positive attitude and handled the busy rush with incredible efficiency. You can tell she genuinely cares about quality. An employee like this is a rare find!

When we arrived there was 2 people ahead of us. We waited 30 minutes to place our order with only 1 person working. The 1 person working had to do the front, drive thru, door dash, grub hub and register. This is ridiculous.

Employee because I did not do as requested verbally abused me to the point that I felt verbally assaulted and then proceeded to follow me out of the restaurant when I left. I feel that that employee needs communication training and possibly to be terminated from their job for their actions because no one should be verbally assaulted when they go into a restaurant. This was highly unprofessional and uncalled for.
