To whom it concerns. I live here in Newport Tennessee. I just want to comment on the stores around me. Some of them i know are very busy and I understand that. But i truly believe in customer service. I drive to store number 96. They have the best customer service from the employees from the kitchen to behind the counter. It’s the cleanest store i have been to and the best customer service. From the manager to the employees. It’s a pleasure and i look forward to going to store 96 twice a week to buy my coffee and lottery tickets. And seeing all the happy employees. I would hope management would give these employees a pat on the back for great customer service and making me smile every time I go into the store. 🇺🇸🇺🇸

Why can't they fix the pump to print a receipt? I have to go in the store & wait for them to finish with the customer to get a receipt. Just fix the pump & let people print & be on their way. Btw, Super sweet cashier.

Love how friendly the staff is! Always very clean no matter how busy they are. We are closer to exit 8 but drive further to this location. We love Weigel’s pizza and the one at exit 8 won’t accept any call in orders and are very rude about it. This location was happy to take our pizza order

Very disappointing to have to pay more money than we should because the worker refuses TO LISTEN and there is NEVER a manager available to help their employees. Won't be back .

Bathrooms are filthy. Cashier has a huge line. Should have stopped at the truck stop. Weigels are usually very clean...not this one
The cashiers helped me figure out the coffee and gave me a donut. Even after my mistakes. They were kind also the gas being cheaper is awesome!
