We were passing through the area and decided to grab a few donuts. The staff at this Dunkin was so friendly. The donuts were delicious and we're just to pick me up we needed to keep driving.

6:15pm on 6-22-2025; I’ve visited this store a lot and this was by far the worst service I have ever gotten here. My hot coffee wasn’t even hot and The drive thru lady was rude and acted like we were an inconvenience. I understand that people have a bad days but don’t give anyone the right to be rude. I’m gonna pray for this lady…

Angriest staff I've ever seen in a fast food place. Soon as I walk in “what do you want!?” then throws my food at me. Customer after me had a child with them and the staff were even nasty to the child. Pathetic. Don't come here unless you want to be treated like garbage.

I went this morning to get a drink through the drive through and Letisha had the worst attitude, never told me my total, and didn't say a single word to me when I got up to the window. I went inside because I didn't get a straw and the lady up at the front was the only nice one there and Letisha was very rude in there when I asked for my receipt.

This is the worst DD we have been to Across America as full time travelers. The coffee was burnt, service was bad, they didn't even fix the coffee right or pay attention to the size. We always get the Midnight coffee. We left with our coffee and could not even drink it. Very disappointed in this Dunkin. What a waste of money and time. Plus the workers were in hair rollers and not even dressed for work. This was at 11:19 in the morning.

Just watched an employee leave the restroom, and go directly back to work without washing their hands ... that's sickening
Store isn’t supposed to close until 7. Stopped at 6:10 pm on a Sunday during a cross country drive and they were locked up and just stared at me. Did not answer the drive thru. Highly doubt this is the store owners policy. Whoever worked today august 4th on the closing shift needs to be talked to.
