We went there today and purchased a banana split. When my husband came out it was the worst! I took it back inside and asked them where was the rest of the ice cream? I was told they use a child’s scoop for banana splits. We have been getting them at that location for years and this was the first time it was prepared that way. We will not be getting another one there. I was so disappointed that I wanted a refund!

I am very disappointed in this place. I called to order a cake and they told me they can’t make cakes on weekends. Take in mind I have gotten them before and now I can’t. Ok weird!!! Then I told them I needed a cake for Monday and I call today and they don’t have my name on he list or anything. I won’t be back to this store. The customer service was terrible and the lady was very rude.

Please clean the moldy ice cream coolers. Thank s has to be a health hazard to have green and black slime/ mold growing.
