The worst subway that I have ever set foot in. Don’t waste your time and money using the subway app either. I have used it several times and they never have what you ordered. It might be different if they adjusted their pricing but they haven’t the last few times that I ordered. There was also no phone call to notify you that they were short on products.
My final visit to this location, I ordered a cheese pizza. They not surprisingly out of pizza crust. They had to make it on flatbread and did not have a box to put the “pizza” in. They put it in a paper bag and gave it to me, which was soaked with grease very quickly. If there was a zero star rating, that’s what I would give this location.

I just ran in Subway in Whitwell to get a sandwich, as I was waiting I saw a white haired lady behind the counter sitting sorting meat, and was eating the meat as she sorted it. I told her it was gross, she said “excuse me?” I said that is gross! So I headed toward the door, and a man was going in and I told him what I had just saw, and he thanked me. What is wrong with people? #subway #subwayinwhitwelltennessee

There is one woman that works there that needs to stay home because she doesn't need to be around people she is very very very rude. She got one more time treating me like she did today and I'm going to jail............
The facility was clean. Everything was fresh, and the staff was friendly.

If I could give less than a star for this store, I would. This is the place to come if you want to see what a franchise that is run by disgruntled employees looks like. The staff don't want to be there and have no qualms about making that clear. You can't order most of what is on the menu it seems because either they don't have the ingredients or their dishes are 'dirty'. I literally was told I could have a sandwich heated because they didn't have any clean trays. This was at 330pm in the afternoon. So my take on that was, no one would be able to get their sandwiches heated because the 2 employees working weren't going to clean anything. No manager on site ever. High school kids literally run the restaurant by themselves at times, and it show. Stay away from this store.
