This was without a doubt the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I ordered on their website and the website apparently freaked out and put things on there that I’m allergic to. When I drove back to the store to try to explain all they did was argue with me. Worst subway i have ever been to. The 2 that work there are rude and act like you are an inconvenience for them. They obviously hate there job. The entire experience was the worst I have ever had. Wish I could leave zero stars or something worse. DO NOT GO HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.

I go to this store because it is on my way home. The older Indian couple are never friendly and I think they make up the rules as they go along. On the menu board it states 2x cheese. In the past I have gotten that even with a coupon. Today she told me that it states on the coupon that I can't have that and yet when I read the coupon it says no such thing. She became very belligerent because I asked. There are other things as well. I try hard not to go into this store when they are working because of how rude they are, I don't have this problem with other employees that work there in fact quite the opposite. I will probably check to see who is working or go to a different Subway even though it may be out of my way, or better yet go to Jersey Mike's where I can order what I want the way I want without the hassle.

Wanted to buy to separate orders and used two different coupons, but they will not let me use no more than one Coupon told me to come back the next day and use the other coupon. I told him I would not be back.

Workers do not listen to anything you say They asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted I told them no and they toasted it anyways
Bathroom was nasty and incomplete holes in the bottom of the walls and a open drain pipe on the floor
The sweet tea tasted horrible I told them it was bad and they said it was old but they left it out anyways
Anytime I have ordered on line they give my food away before I get there
Overall service is horrible

The worst subway that I have ever set foot in. Don’t waste your time and money using the subway app either. I have used it several times and they never have what you ordered. It might be different if they adjusted their pricing but they haven’t the last few times that I ordered. There was also no phone call to notify you that they were short on products.
My final visit to this location, I ordered a cheese pizza. They not surprisingly out of pizza crust. They had to make it on flatbread and did not have a box to put the “pizza” in. They put it in a paper bag and gave it to me, which was soaked with grease very quickly. If there was a zero star rating, that’s what I would give this location.
