It was nice to grab a bite to eat after a busy day. They are always so nice about me liking everything on my sandwich and the experience here is always good. One of my favorite places to grab lunch.

Terrible customer service!! One employees tried to steal one of my customers order thru door dash. Lady puffed and attitude with me. I told her I have door-dash delivery to need to be pick up. Then I saw one of employees gave back to employees the customers order back to her and I walked in and saying were close. I told her I gotta have my customers orders and good night. Then puffed me with attitude put the orders back in the bag and tossed it at me. Not so friendly place at all. I seen all Subway standard hours are closing at 10 but this one. This Is complete joke. I wont recommend it period.I even told customer that ordered thru door dash. She wasn't very happy to hear this... My advice... to those Subway please be kind to others.

I just ran in Subway in Whitwell to get a sandwich, as I was waiting I saw a white haired lady behind the counter sitting sorting meat, and was eating the meat as she sorted it. I told her it was gross, she said “excuse me?” I said that is gross! So I headed toward the door, and a man was going in and I told him what I had just saw, and he thanked me. What is wrong with people? #subway #subwayinwhitwelltennessee

Staff is RUDE. I called them regarding an order I had placed and it was like it was a inconvenience to them. I waited an hour for my food to tell me it was even ready for pick up. Delivery is never 10/15 min always an hour plus. I had contacts district managers and they blew me off. I get that you get busy and such but I wanted an hour then told they didn't have any cookies made when they could of done that in 5 min while I wanted an hour for the app to even tell me it was available for pickup. Disrespectful.

There is one woman that works there that needs to stay home because she doesn't need to be around people she is very very very rude. She got one more time treating me like she did today and I'm going to jail............
The facility was clean. Everything was fresh, and the staff was friendly.

If I could give less than a star for this store, I would. This is the place to come if you want to see what a franchise that is run by disgruntled employees looks like. The staff don't want to be there and have no qualms about making that clear. You can't order most of what is on the menu it seems because either they don't have the ingredients or their dishes are 'dirty'. I literally was told I could have a sandwich heated because they didn't have any clean trays. This was at 330pm in the afternoon. So my take on that was, no one would be able to get their sandwiches heated because the 2 employees working weren't going to clean anything. No manager on site ever. High school kids literally run the restaurant by themselves at times, and it show. Stay away from this store.

Can never get my order right when I order online they mixed up my breads and didn't put extra meat on one of my sandwiches even though I paid extra was out of meatballs again.

If I could give a zero I would. This place has an odor when you walk in the door. It's very unclean looking, the employees were also sloppy unclean and acted like it was a hassle to do your order. If I hadn't been sitting in doctors offices all day, starving. I would have walked out. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, stopped there twice. But never again
