Ordered a to go grill cheese sandwich. The bread was barely warm and the cheese was not melted at all! I called them to complain and the manger said they don’t melt cheese any. How can they call this a grill cheese?

Came here for breakfast before a Dr's appointment. Got our food my biscuit was hard, cold, and falling apart. My husband's plater had dried eggs and his food was cold as well. My small hash brown only had 6 in the whole bag. Customers want hot and fresh food. Not freezing cold and hard biscuits falling apart. Was very disappointed this morning.

Breakfast is always fresh and they're mushroom and Swiss is different than any other Hardee's around I don't know what it is about it but it's addictive I think I need to go to a AA meeting because of their mushroom and Swiss burger

I stop here many mornings early, like at 6 AM. Order for myself only, and several times, my order is not right going through drive through. When it is correct, the food is good. Second complaint is the soft drinks are often flat with no carbonation. Third issue is the prices on the outside to go menu are often not updated and you are charged more than expected.
