Holt’s Diner offers wonderful home cooked meals served in a 1950’s atmosphere complete with authentic music. The menu has great Southern choices. I love the meatloaf and the broasted chicken. The hamburgers are also wonderful. Top your meal off with hand dipped ice cream.

Little stop on our road trip.
Food was fine. Nothing special about it.
I'm all for nostalgia but there's a point to where its worn. This place just feels old, kind of dirty even. Girls at the counter were shy and not very helpful. This could be a happening place if some work was put into it.

They have a good meat and three several choices to choose from. But don't go in if you're in a hurry because they don't get in hurry for anyone. I went in for veggie plate only 3 vegetables had 20 min wait

Clean dining area, polite cashier. Slow to get food. Liver and onions was microwavesd with the fat still gelatinous.

Got an order to go tonight and i gotta say im disappointed. The service was good and the girl that took my order was very nice but the only good part of the food was the banana pudding. I ordered a cheeseburger with fries for me and my little girl and my girfriend got a kids chicken strip with potato wedges and an order of fried green tomatoes. Both of the burgers were chewy and didnt have much flavor, and all the fried stuff had a weird taste. My daughter loves fries and usually eats enough to pop but barely ate one of them. Usually we have a good experience but not this time.

Stopped here for lunch on a Sunday afternoon on our way to Tullahoma. We ordered a Bacon Egg and Cheese Burger and a Jalapeño Burger with a side of corn nuggets. The food was all really good, the burgers were juicy and flavorful. Only complaint was one Burger had a good share of onions while the other only had one lonely strip. I would definitely recommend both those Burgers be served on plates instead of the baskets though, as when the egg broke on the burger it went straight through the basket holes, same with the sauce on the Jalepeno burger.

Service was friendly enough and the food was quick. The entire place definitely could use a sprucing up, there's one table under an air vent that I would be hesitant to sit under for fear of dirt and grime falling onto the table. And definitely more than a few flies hanging around.

Overall, wasn't a bad stop for lunch. Roughly 26$ for two burgers, two drinks and some corn nuggets.
