Rated 4 stars for food and atmosphere, but the service was shockingly BAD tonight. My husband ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, Double Cheeseburger, a Happy Meal for our daughter, and a Deluxe McCrispy for me. After paying, we realized my order wasn’t even on the receipt. He had to go back and order it separately. I got my meal 20 minutes later yet he and our daughter waited even longer. Ten minutes after I got mine, their order still wasn’t ready. Turns out it hadn’t even been prepared. After waiting 7 more minutes, their order finally came—well, my husband has to get it and still missing part of the Happy Meal. Staff seemed inattentive and overwhelmed. If McDonald's wants to shake off its reputation for poor service, hiring more COMPETENT, ATTENTIVE staff is a must!

I came through the drive thru with my children the other day and the lady on the intercom was very rude. I get up to the window, she has blonde and black hair she was very pushy and seemed like she was on something. I felt rushed and felt as though she was trying to rush me to the next window and about shorted my change I had 2 kids meals and the mcdonaldland meal. She then proceeded to tell me a completely different order and I politely corrected her saying that wasn’t my order and she continued to say that she had the right order and I was not taking the truth. She then finally seen my correct order. I will never bring my business back here. This is the second time she took my order and was nothing but rude to me and seemed to be under the influence of something.

If zero were an option, I would select zero. The manager on shift was highly unprofessional and, along with tampering with the food that was to be served to my family, verbally assaulted and threatened me while I had my small children in tow, no less. I will likely follow up with criminal and civil recourse as no one should be treated in such a manner especially as a kind and respectful paying customer. Will not return unless new management with better standards of practice is employed.

This store is prepared for being slow. They have a dedicated turn with a stop sign just for them to get peoples order and then have them go around the corner so that their timer doesn't keep counting.

Great good but they've gotten WAY WAY expensive! I can get a steak dinner at Applebee's for CHEAPER than a big Mack fries and a coke!

I’ve been to this McDonald’s several times one of my favorite but I have never in my life been treated so badly by any of the workers. Went tonight and both the manager and one of the worker have attitudes. I’m sorry but I’ve worked in costumer services and never in my life treated someone so badly. All I have to say is this younger generation needs to do better. Take it from someone who is apart of the younger generation it’s a lot easier to be nice than be RUDE!!!!
1st time I've set foot inside a McDonald's in years. Very different from what I remembered. Managers didn't have their hair put up. Thankfully no hair in my food. Seemed like the employees were busy having fun instead of helping customers.

I wanna be clear I don't have an issue with the trans worker that is employed here. What i do have a problem with is the male figure running behind other female employees. Screaming let me hold as they are headed towards the rest room, as the female screams back i don't have nothing for you to hold.All this unfolding in front of my 3 year old granddaughter. So much for a family restaurant experience.
