Got pulled around after the drive thru waiting on my food. The works handing out the food handed my food to someone else and waited in line for another 30 minutes because they forgot. The works need to learn how to read out the orders whem bronging the food out.

Came to the store at approximately 10:30 and we waited in the drive-thru. After about 5 minutes of nobody answering the call we pulled around to the window. When we got to the window all the worker did not have their headsets on and was ignoring us. So, we pulled back around to the drive through and they finally answered with the most attitude and disrespect ever. I cannot believe the amount of disappointment I feel for this McDonald’s. AWFUL service!

I get charged something different Everytime I order an iced coffee.they were gonna charge me 399 plus 199 more for ordering a 32 ounce iced mocha.i disagreed with that charge then said I'd be calling corporate.i then pulled back around to ask for the corporate number and was rudely told by management it's not a corporate McDonald's nor did she offer to provide me with the appropriate number at the decherd Tennessee location.i just had the same iced coffee a few days ago for only 399

went inside because i was pulling a trailer. I Was refused service by the manager because "I'm to behind on orders." the drive thru was a little backed up but nothing i haven't seen before elsewhere and still got served.
The kids play area is very dirty and sticky like it hasn't been cleaned in months, you can hear the kids socks sticking like

The drive through speaker was shorting out, the pick up window wasn't being used for picking up our food so we were instructed to wait at the curbside stop sign, was a little confusing but not a big deal.. good food.

PSA I was told that McDonald's has the right to double and triple charge your cards when you use the Kiosk. No wonder they insist on you using it. I called and I was told "Sometimes "PENDING" Charges will go on there, u have to wait 5 to 7 business days, then after that they can see about getting you, your money back". The account is now in the hole, and has overdraft charges because McDonald's feels it has a " right" to my money more than I do. There is no such thing as " Pending" or else the money would be there! Will they accept a "Pending" payment from me?
