They will make your order incorrect
Found this place when craving pizza driving through Decherd. The staff was very nice, fried mushrooms were a large serving and delicious. We had the meat lover’s large pizza, it was piping hot and fantastic. The prices are very reasonable also. The sweet tea could have been a touch sweeter.
Great burgers! Pizza not so much. The pizza is undercooked and over oiled leading to a soggy, wet experience.

Got a Philly cheesesteak tonight and found a leaf in my fries……like WOW…..SERIOUSLY!?!? This place has really went downhill

I love the Rafael’s in Winchester. The staff is always nice, easy to deal with, and very fast. The time of day does affect the wait time but it’s worth the wait!! It always smells great inside. I recommend the house pizza or chicken parmigiana.

I enjoy the food here (especially the Chicken Parm Dinner) but hate that the only delivery option the have is Uber Eats for $11.99!!! That’s outrageous. Please register with Door Dash so we can order delivery for a reasonable price.

Friday I had the worst experience ever eating their food I ordered 2 large pizzas both meat lovers added black and green olives on one pizza And got charged $9 for the dollars For olives I have been there multiple times and will not be going back and I also charged 3 and a 1/2 % on top of total to use card
