I ordered one frapaccino and the barista was so SLOW making the orders ahead of me. He finally got to mine when I asked about it. I've Never been to a STARBUCKS that they worked so slow, like they don't car!

We ordered like six drinks. They were missing several flavors. None of the drinks tasted right they were watered down. Spent over 40 bucks and they didn’t taste that great. I’m not sure how they messed this up. I thought it was all pretty standard stuff but I guess they didn’t have the skill set to make the drinks correctly unfortunately..

I went in today and was going to redeem my birthday reward. The cashier was polite and wished me a happy birthday, but apparently they don’t do the birthday rewards or QR codes for stars, even though they are a Starbucks? ??‍♀️ We decided to go somewhere else. Please get the system to honor the rewards your company offers, otherwise you’re going to have disappointed customers.

Went this morning on way to church got a mocha it was horrible and the 2 girls working where rude !! On my way home I took the coffee back and told them it was horrible! Switched to a Latta and I'm pretty sure they warmed up what I brought back and gave to me again !I thought so since it was not very hot. ?? I will NEVER do business with them ever again how rude how mean can you really be Starbucks

NEED RETRAINING ON POS! If you are vegan BEWARE! When you ask for "half caff" here that means they put half and half in your drink.Today there were 4 employees and the barista did not confirm my drink order. Front/POS communicated about my drink to the other 3 employees and no one double checked or confirmed my order even though they all seemed confused. My drink did not taste right and after I saw the cup did not read correctly I went back to get it remade and that is when I saw they used something along with the oatmilk[defaults when you order a brown sugar shaken espresso]. I asked her what she put in my drink and she said half and half. I had to explain to all the baristas what half caff/half decaf meant. I ended up crying as soon as I found out and ran out of the store. I fasted the rest of the day and was depressed because of the part I played in the death of God's creation. I was extremely disappointed in the lack of communication and accountability of the partners here. I will not return and I am traumatized by my experience. I hope the baristas learn it is better to over communicate and confirm and not to ever assume.

Most of the employees are rude and have an attitude. There are a couple of employees that are very polite and make the drinks correctly. All in all I would not recommend this Starbucks.
