An electric atmosphere. We met all kinds of people there. Even a couple from Sweden! Order the pie it’s delicious.
Lots of groups stop by. Be careful going across the street to the Midpoint Sign. Sometimes it’s very busy on a weekday with working truckers and farmers.

We stopped in at the midpoint line on Route 66 and had a fun experience! Brenda and her team were so friendly! We took fresh ground coffee and a muffin to go. Fun experience and a cool gift shop too!
Loved the small town and the historic vibes behind it.

Such a great way to celebrate the midpoint of route 66. The cafe is full of route 66 memorabilia and the staff all make you feel incredibly welcome. A must-see stop for any route 66 goers!

We enjoyed an old diner lunch at the old Midpoint Cafe on Route 66! As senior citizens, it was like a walk back in time! We had burgers that had to have been a half pound with all the fixings, chips, cobbler, and soda. It has a gift shop too for souvenirs!

What a gem!!!! So glad we listened to the other reviewers while looking for food off the I-40. Food was amazing. Peanut butter pie was criminal--so freaking good ❤ The ladies working are what you hope to find at every restaurant- friendly, informative, and genuinely happy you are dining with them. Do Not Skip This Place!

DELICIOUS food and the Sweetest ladies running the place!! I felt like I was at home even though I’m in the middle of the Texas Panhandle (I’m from Virginia). This place has the most amazing pancakes, the best hand and cheese I’ve ever had. 10/10 I will come back just for this place. 💕 Got a peach cobbler to go that smells HEAVENLY.

Check out the Midpoint of Rt 66!
We walked over to the Dream Maker next door and had a great talk with the owner! They have a nice gift shop! Definitely stop in!
The pies are wonderful. We had chocolate peanut butter. One of the other customers had green chili apple ala mode and said it was delicious. We arrived after the grill was closed around 2 p.m.
The cafe is decorated with Route 66 items as well as items from that area. They also have a small gift shop with reasonably priced Route 66 souvenirs. It is definitely worth the stop.
