Went here and ordered food only to have to wait for it for 20 minutes. When I went to ask about my food turns out they skipped over my order, not only that, when I FINALLY got my order it was not what I asked for. This place has really dropped the ball they used to be so good.

The nastiest food / restaurant in Alamo (Tower Road) the fries taste like dirt and smell like đŸ’©. Please do not go there! Even the burger was nasty. They need to close this place down asap. Tried calling the store multiple times always busy or nobody answers. Who is the manager of this place?

I expected the usual fast food experience—busy and maybe not the cleanest—but this place really impressed me! As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean everything was. The trash cans weren't overflowing, the tables were spotless, and the whole environment felt well taken care of. The young gentleman at the front counter was kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The food was hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. Thank you for the great service!

My kids enjoyed the play area but the nuggets were really over cooked and my kids barely ate them because they said they looked weird. Fries were cold and I had to ask for cups and sauces.

Didn't get off for food. This location is not being well cared for. There are no lights in the parking lot and signs of Burgers King off, even light for drive-thru. I can't imagine their food.

Ordered the bacon king, and they charged me the wrong burger. They need to pay more attention cause they obviously didn’t charge me what I wanted after I repeatedly kept telling the lady. Please do better.

Went on June 12 at around 10pm and these guys and a girl named Maria were messing around. Saying all these bad words, not even paying attention to the orders that were coming in. The cooks were playing around with each other saying cuss words at each other. The place was messy, and just horrible.

CUSTOMERS SITTING ON COUNTERS!! went in a few days ago for a delivery order and the ASSISTANT MANAGER ON DUTY was chit chatting with some friends up front and letting them sit ON TOP of the Front counter 😡😡 didn’t say anything to them and proceeded to just talk while I waited for my order. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary.

I’ve called 15 times and it rings twice and goes to voicemail asked for our food to be fresh the girl who took our order said of course. Get home and the chicken sandwiches are so cold and have been there for I have no clue how long. So annoyed and another thing they need better lighting there looks likes it’s freaking closed. The girl at the window was cussing with another employee! What a work place NOW CAN SOMEONE ANSWER THE DAMN PHONE I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!

Ok. So for whatever reason when we went to get food today on 5/17/25, they didn’t have any fountain drinks. That’s fine, sign they put on the drive thru box said they had sweet and unsweet tea. Guy proceeds to tell us they’re out of fountain drinks, we go ahead and order, and he asks us if we want combos. We say yes, assuming we’re getting tea. Also ordered two 4pc nugget jr. meals, a 4pc order of jalapeño poppers, and one burger plain with only lettuce and mayo. Tried to order churros but they were out of those too.

Pull up to the window, pay for our food. Guy gives us our bags and closes the window assuming we’re done. No drinks. Opens the window, “are you missing anything?” We proceed to ask for our teas, then says they don’t have that either. Ok cool so they have no problem charging me for a combo and giving me no drink whatsoever.
Dude ends up getting us a couple bottle waters.

We head home. Realize the fries have 0 salt on them. Those two 4 pc nugget jr meals, turn out to be 3 pieces. Each missing a nugget. Those jalapeño poppers, shriveled up husks of a popper with little to no filling probably from sitting under a heat lamp for what was probably hours. On top of that, our mayo and lettuce burger had everything on it, not even remotely how we ordered
. Too far to go back and argue and our kids were nearing bedtime.

I understand things happen with supplies, and you can’t control if you’re out of stock on certain items, but if you want to be lazy and not even complete an order correctly that already started out on a bad note, then do the world a favor and close your restaurant, and hire a new staff while you’re at it, because you clearly have no desire to be working.

As for the manager of this location, if you care enough to look into our order. It was order #44, Total: $34.59, around 8pm on May 17th at the Tower Rd and Expressway 83 location. But based off how well you run your restaurant, I’m pretty sure you don’t care about looking at reviews either.

I went to pick up 12 they told me please forward a little bit and we’ll see you there, gosh they attend like5 cars, they took a lot of time, I was ready to cancel my order. This happens when the speaker says please forward
