We were excited to go buy chicken and I was very disappointed it has more batter than chicken.It's not the same anymore

Chicken is good. KFC closlaw beats church's by a long shot. It was my first time at this place. I'd come back for the Chicken only

Food was good. The people hanging outside the location parking lot felt somewhat eery. The clerk taking my order was inpatient & bothered because I wasn't familiar with the menu, I haven't been cumin a Churche's for at least 20 yrs.

The manager woman on duty today was very unprofessional and should not be in a customer service setting. She was angry rushing her worker at the drive thru window getting mad at him for talking to long while I’m asking to add on two biscuits my son asked for. They did not let me add on two biscuits she was rude and rolling her eyes telling me to go back in line or get off to order two biscuits to me order.

If you want short curly hairs in your chicken strips this is the place to go!!! Also with that hair you'll get watered down lemonade and soggy wet biscuits even cold chicken strips!! So yes if you want all that go ahead and enjoy eating at the church's in alamo!!

The chicken is super delicious, and the service is amazing, definitely coming back. The cashiers are really friendly, nothing like great service and great food. Thank Church's in Alamo!

Service and their dryer out chicken that seems from yesterday is horrible. Been here before and it's a hit and miss but today was the last. The lady at the counter seem very unhappy with her job, seems like taking care of customers is a chore than job. She should quit and look for a job that makes her feel great....vieja amargada!
And the chx sandwich dry and tough just like fries, stay away from here go to another Church's where food and service are better.

I called 6 different locations looking for corn and this was the only place that had some. The man over the phone on 10/11/24 at 9:35pm was wonderful. I'm super impressed!
