Not my first time coming here but this last time they got some of my order incorrect. I ordered original and spicy and they just gave me original chicken all cold. Also the Mac was jucky and overcooked..
The chicken thighs n legs were good. But the bombers were cold. I didn't find out till I got home. Customer service most of the time is good. This time the service sucked.

I buy a meal x 19.99 but the coleslaw was in bad conditions . The chicken was overcook and looks old and greasy. I call to the store I make like 15 call so the manager in shift name Cristian mata tell me she needs to know how many pieces I eat before because she can give chicken free because cameras . So I live like 7 miles from the store I explain what happen and she to be honest I fell she don't care say me bring the chicken to confirm you don t eat lol really ....sad I say her I take pict but she say no you need to bring the chicken back so really she don't want to help me out .please don't go church's chicken manager don't care about service and food.
A good place to buy chicken although my son did tell me his chicken tenders seemed like they needed a little more cooking. The other thing is they need to work out their organization... Having 3 persons in the back and 3 in the front my not seem bad but when 2 people work the window and 1 the counter but the counter person also has to get the food order it just seems like forever especially when they begin to talk and or question things amoongdt themselves.Parking: Although Churches does have parking, it is very very limited especially if an employee is taking some of it (atleast I believe an employee was taking a spot).

They might as well close when they run out of chicken instead of staying open til 10pm. Went for a box at 9ish and they said they only had 3 spicy legs left and that was that. They wouldn’t make more chicken. Super ridiculous! I get they wanna go home, but almost an hr before closing?? Might as well just turn off ur lights! They expect customers to come and buy only sides? Biscuits only? This is super bad for business!
