Danica has AMAZING customer service skills. My boyfriend and I had gone for coffee and the Drive Thru lane was long so we got off to walk-in. The door was closed but lights on, and as soon as she saw us outside she walked to the front to let us know it was Drive Thru only at that hour. We understood, so we got back in the car and got in line. When it was our turn, she apologized for not letting us in. She kept a friendly attitude and made our visit a very memorable one! Thank you, Coffee Time ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Every time I go to buy the taro with tapioca never and I’m saying never have them available tapioca why do you offer them if you don’t have any. They only have popping
This was the WORST iced coffee I have ever tasted. It was watered down and tasted like they brewed coffee and tea together. The girl who assisted me said they steep the iced coffee all night. Cant get over how much it tasted like TEA and COFFEE! It was NASTY! I can make a better iced coffee at home. This isn't a real coffee shop and they don't use real coffee in the frozen coffees according to the girl who assisted me. The girl was sarcastic and, just awful. How can you call yourself a coffee shop and not use espresso.
