0/0 lady charging didn’t scan my points. After she was done charging me I told her “oh you forgot to scan my points” she said “they can do it for you upfront.” Then i went to the window where I was not greeted and drinks took a while to be made. After they gave me my drinks i told them “can you scan my points” and he said “ oh we don’t do that at the window that’s not our job” and “I told him well she said you were able too “ and he said “ well she’s obviously is skipping a part” besides the point… I will not be returning anymore even tho he “faked” gave me my points by inputting my number. We all know damnn well I ain’t seeing those points. So upset!!!!

Coffee always good here but late afternoon crew when they intentionally ignore and dont follow what you put in the order just adds frustration and makes you wonder if anyone make custom orders or small changes if they arent gonna follow what you want in your drink. My issue was light ice but still given regular, as small of an issue it may be it just discourges me to come back and find other ones cause you come here to enjoy a beverage but they dont follow what you put cause maybe next time it won't be just ice and they might just ignore what you put and give you something you didn't want

I always preferred this Dutchbros on my way to work because of the excellent and speedy customer service. However, today it was ruined.
I understand that someone you might know visits you at your job and everyone wants to say hi, but spending 10+ minutes talking is out of pocket. 3 employees were hovering over at one truck, smiles and giggles. All while 5 vehicles behind waiting for the person to move up the line. We all got jobs or places to be. Truck finally proceeds to the window and it's another 5min of smiles, giggles, and handshakes. Utterly disappointed.

I enjoy the friendly vibe here, but I’ve noticed there’s a lot of emphasis on building rapport with each customer. While that’s great for connection, there should be more balance—especially when there’s a long line. Being mindful of the number of customers waiting should also be a priority.
I’m rating customer service poorly this visit poorly because the customer focus has declined. In the past, situations like mine were met with a free drink—now it’s only $3 off, which makes it feel like the bottom line matters more than customer care.
I only purchase Dutch Bros for my family members, and as a Google review specialist, I gave this location a 3 because rapport-building is slowing the line instead of improving the experience, and the workers appear overworked and underpaid. Dutch Bros should be ashamed of exploiting the tip system to shortchange both employees and now their customers.

Best place to go get your iced coffee, only person I trust who makes my coffee and makes it exactly how I like it, is Natalie, she's truly the best!

I got the golden eagle, which was good, but it wasn't anything great to really rave about. I honestly thought they copied the blondie from 7brew. My wife got their irish cream coffee which we both thought was ok, but this occasion on top of our other dutch bro experiences proved to us that when in a pinch we will go to dutch bro, but given option we will pick 7brew all day everyday. The associate was great she helped my wife and I to figure out what we should order and recommend a strawberry-kiwi lemonade for our daughter. The overall experience was great

I asked for the largest size coffee when placing my order with the person outside, and I emphasized it because I was tired and needed the caffeine. When I received a medium instead, I asked, “Is this the large?” The employee checked and told me I had only been charged for a medium… so I trusted that. But once I got to work, I saw the receipt and realized I was actually charged for the large.
It’s frustrating to be charged more and given less, especially when I made the effort to be clear. I even had people in the car who confirmed I asked for the large.
Als, it’s annoying that the tipping options start at $1. There's no percentage option, just flat amounts. Sometimes I don’t mind tipping, but it shouldn’t feel forced, especially when the service falls short.
Disappointing experience overall.
Always wonderful service!!

I'm not sure what was worse my drink or the attitude. First-time visitor , I ordered and took off but I did not like my ice coffee, it tasted off, very watery. They did replace my drink but I wasn't a fan of the second drink they made either. I felt the server was being a bit passive-aggressive which made me
not want to go back to replace my second drink. Maybe I'm wrong and that is just her personality and she wasn't trying to be snappy with me but if that's the case and then employees definitely need some retraining in customer service.
