I'm not sure what was worse my drink or the attitude. First-time visitor , I ordered and took off but I did not like my ice coffee, it tasted off, very watery. They did replace my drink but I wasn't a fan of the second drink they made either. I felt the server was being a bit passive-aggressive which made me not want to go back to replace my second drink. Maybe I'm wrong and that is just her personality and she wasn't trying to be snappy with me but if that's the case and then employees definitely need some retraining in customer service.

Really bad service!!! I went in today at 7:20pm and the lady taking the order with glasses ? was super rude!!!they need better people who actually want to work and wond be rude to clients! I didn’t even want my coffe after this horrible service!

When I got in the drive thru line there was one car at the window and one car in lane 2. i pulled into the lane to wait for my turn to order. After about 5 minutes of waiting another vehicle pulls up and they take that order first, skipping me. after reading the reviews it seems it was a blessing they skipped me. I split and just ordered a small coffee from Starbucks, which was actually pretty good. I think if you want just a good cup of coffee on the go, you're better off ordering from starbucks. of course the best coffee will always be the one you make at home tho.

The coffee is absolutely amazing, surpassing that of some competitors, and the lemonade is equally delightful. I've given 4 stars only because the service takes a bit longer than anticipated. Introducing app-based ordering for pickup at the store would be truly awesome.
