I had the Cocomo and American Eagle both Blended Freeze, they were Delicious!! The young girl that took our order was oddly rude. It seemed i was inconveniencing her, she did not smile. I cut my order short because of her service. McAllen location service is always excellent! So it really caught me off guard, might not come to this location again.

Honestly I've heard good things about Dutch bros coffee, I got in line to order but at this particular location it stinks like literal sewage outside. It completely destroyed my appetite. I don't know who would want to get coffee here while it smells like sewage! Until they fix the neighborhood's sewage smell I wouldn't go to this location.

We come here often and this week we’ve paid cash (normally we pay with card) and it’s been twice this week that they’ve tried scamming me out of my change. The first time they were keeping $3 today it was $8 thankfully my husband always counts the money given to him. It isn’t right what your employees are doing. We noticed but many others don’t. Sad that this location hasn’t been open for too long and this is going on.
