Went by drive thru yesterday Friday about 2:30 pm , I ordered 3 egg rolls only. Paid and was told to move and park and wait, there was no one behind me so I told girl at drive thru I would wait there and if someone came behind me would move. No one came about 8 mjn later she comes and gives me my bag order. I left. I get to work and see my car seat and food bag full oil cooking oil , the egg rolls were over cooked and full of oil. Very bad service. I have pictures of my order, if need to be seen.

Went thru the drive thru at about 11 pm and waited for about 15 minutes for my food, which was 2 orders of tacos and a chicken sandwich and it was only myself and one other vehicle. Very slow and crappy service. Will not be going the anymore. 👎🏽

Ordered thru the app, sat at a table and asked if we could get our drinks it was taking so long. We were told no, that we had to wait so they could put the whole order out at the same time. So we waited another 15 min for our food, finally came out and they are out of sweet and sour sauce for eggrolls, so I wasted my money on eggrolls I won't eat without sauce. Staff didn't say sorry, just offered different sauces, siracha etc. No, had they mentioned that when we arrived, we would have cancelled the order as I don't like luke warm cabbage without the sweet and sour. Egg rolls were not even fresh, fries were cold, husbands burger was luke warm at best. I was very disappointed. They didn't even offer to exchange me for something else. So I didn't get to eat! I sure wasn't buying more cold food. I won't come back to this jack in the box. We eat out most meals, what a shame that lack of forethought on mamagements part to not have ordered supplies correctly. What other fast food apps do if they are out of something you order, they won't let the order go thru. That would have been a better scenario, or make it right, give me something I could have eaten.

All good, except that I think it is excessive to charge 25 cents extra for each ranch that the customer orders. I say that should be free with the service for such high prices, after all, how many packages of ranch can a customer consume!!!

Ordered food at the drive thru, lady gives us our drinks and tells us to wait in the front for our food. 15 minutes pass by I have to go inside to get the food. Drinks are water by now. Shakes are melted.

Bad experience. I brought a free combo coupon of any size and the cashier lady didn't ask what size she assumed and when I told her I wanted to change it, she told me I couldn't because I hadn't told her the size although she didn't ask 😒 Her attitude was very unpleasant. I don't plan to return to this location

I wanted to share my recent experience at one of your locations, as I believe customer service plays a vital role in the overall dining experience. Unfortunately, I encountered a lack of attentiveness from the staff. There was no welcoming greeting, and when I indicated I was ready to order, there was either no response or a significant delay. At times, I was left speaking without acknowledgment.

I understand that staffing challenges can arise, but I also noticed that multiple customers, including myself, were being asked to park and wait for their orders. While I appreciate the effort to manage service flow, this practice seems to detract from the convenience and efficiency that many customers expect. Mind you having to wait even a longer period of time and even received the wrong items.

The morning crew are usually pretty fast and accurate with the orders. The evening crew on the other hand are slow and hand out the orders in correctly. Very disappointing.

Its been more than 30 minutes for 4 orders of tacos and 1 large french fries.... they only have 2 costumers inside the restaurant and in drive thru we were only 2 cars .... its annoying when we wanted something fast

Got a number 9. Small smash. Burger. Nasty DRY. No taste at all. Called to complain. Veronica said I could get another we ith my receipt. Then. Supervisor said NO. Because it was more than 45 minutes ago. LOL. Meat was cooked and hour ago waiting to be sold. Never ever buy there again.

Cashier Young lady was great awesome customer service but the manger NEEDS classes on manners and customer service. I had a complaint and wanted info manger rudely tells the cashier she needs to get rid of me and get back to work when she herself was only holding a bag the 8 minutes I was there

Everything is very well sewn and preparing delicious food but the workers are not organized that day. It took me a long time to order the order inside and the same thing happened to many people.
