I remember more than anything that the crazy bread was the most delicious part of going to little ceasars. I’ve been going lately and every single time I open the crazy bread it’s bone dry with no flavor. I’m not sure if this is just an Alamo thing but it’s pretty sad considering that it’s been the new normal for months.

I have placed several orders online and they are never ready whenever the app says so. Also if you walk in expect to wait over 30min or more just for a pizza they never have anything ready ever

I ended up waiting around 20 minutes for a regular pepperoni pizza and Crazy Bread several people who came in after me got their orders before I did. When I finally got my food, the Crazy Bread was from the same tray that had been sitting out since I walked in . I only checked because I’ve gotten cold bread from this location before, and unfortunately it happened again. I opted for a refund and just left but was a waste of my time won’t be returning thankfully there’s a Peter piper next door

Ordered from this location twice. First time I asked for a fresh pizza but upon opening the box not even 10 minutes later it was cold and hard. Second time, we got the pizza like this, a huge chunk of cheese and pepperoni missing in the middle. Never ordering from here again.

I ordered online, but when I arrived pizza wasn't ready. For what I heard, they forgot to make my order. It took 42 minutes from the time my order was placed to the time I got my pizza. My order was a custom pizza, but when I got home the ingredients were not properly placed, the crust was about the size of my hand.

We ordered online, pizza and bread sticks. Pizza was burnt & not cut correctly. 2nd time we've ordered here, same results. Little ceasars in weslaco is much better. Would not recommend.

I went in for some crazy bread! Just that.. it was the BEST I swear! I asked for extra butter and they didn’t disappoint! I think that was the best crazy bread of my life!!

The pizza portal doesn't work
You cannot order pizza with more than 1 ingredient because if it is more than 1 the pizza is almost raw and all the ingredients fall out.
And yesterday they gave me my uncut pizza!
If it is a simple distraction, I understand them and then it is the manager's fault for not being stricter with the employees, but if they are doing it on purpose, remember that Karma exists and that everything bad they do will be tripled.
I don't plan to return for a long time, unless they replace all the staff, put a new pizza portal And it's not little Caesars

walked in, approched the register and cashier was on the phone having a disscusion with someone and cussing turned back to look at me only to say sorry it was my sister, but she clearly saw me walk in and didn't stop the phone call. I was taking a look at the specials while someone else walked in so I let them go ahead and while the other customer was ordering the cashier kept screaming to someone in the back that was screaming back to them the person screaming from the back came out from the employee entrance to take a look in to the parking lot saw that I was sitting waiting and just gave me a nasty look and slammed the door and went back inside. I ordered the "throw back special" which is supposed to be $15 plus tax the cashier looked at me and said that's going to be like $19 and I asked how if it's $15 and she laughed and said I don't know taxes or something to which I answered I know taxes apply but how is it going to be a $4 difference she just laughed again kept looking at the special board and the screen as if trying to figure out why still said nothing I just told her it's fine I just wanted to hurry along because people were waiting in line behind me. I payed $19.98 when $15 plus tax ends up being $16.23 and then after that I waited like 17 minutes for 2 pizzas that are "hot & ready" while litsening to all the back employees blasting music and cussing and insulting eachother and I mean it was loud you could hear over the pans clattering.
