This new McDonald’s looks sharp with its modern design, but the experience left me pretty disappointed. The ordering process is fully automated with kiosks, no one at the counter to greet you or take your order. The food was fine, nothing to complain about there, but the overall vibe was cold and unwelcoming.
The biggest issue for me was the drink situation. I ordered a value meal with a small Diet Dr Pepper, finished it, and discovered there’s no self-serve refill station. I stood at the counter for several minutes with my empty cup while employees looked at me, then looked away, and no one stepped up to help. I eventually just left the cup on the counter and walked out.
It almost felt like customers aren’t really wanted inside anymore. Even my seven-year-old daughter noticed, saying “wow this place is super small,” since there was barely enough seating for maybe 25 people. That comment really hit me: it’s like the design is meant to push you in and out quickly without offering any of the comfort McDonald’s used to have.
Overall, it’s clean and efficient, but stripped of the human element and the small touches that made McDonald’s inviting. If all you want is quick food, it works, but if you’re looking for a place to sit down and feel welcome, this isn’t it.

The chicken sandwich was horrible very small those were not pickles no flavor.Fries were horrible. Never again.

food is usually accurate and tasty but the workers seem miserable and like they don’t know that their job is customer service. very short, cold and unfriendly. they don’t give ketchup unless you ask, and when you do they’re very stingy with it as if a worldwide corporation like mcdonald’s can’t supply them enough ketchup. they also tend for forget nugget sauces even when they ask which ones we want. mcdonald’s is a worldwide, beloved burger and fry restaurant, so there should be ketchup with every meal no questions asked. love McDonald’s but the people at this location need to do better
Drive thru order was incorrect for kids meals I ordered. I ordered my kids 4 piece chicken nuggets. Instead they got 4 pieces nugget toy and no food. I called to get a replacement. Instead of redoing the entire meals they just gave me the chicken nuggets. This is not a very convenient drive thru.

Lately I've visited McD's because my granddaughter loves their sausage mcgriddles! and since you can get them for only $2 on their app, well McDonald's it is! 😅🫶🏻

The workers dont do there job right. I ordered tenders and a cheeseburger just for my tenders to arrive like a rock and burnt and my cheeseburger to arrive without cheese and the meat burnt, waited over an hour for this trashy food 😡.
