I'd go with 0 stars but unfortunately can't. Ordered a burger at 11:30 through the mobile app, arrive 20 minutes later to a McDonald's with no line and they still take another 10 minutes to finally give me my food. Opening up the burger is a nightmare, slammed with mayo, lopsided, and the bread looks stale and horrendous. Terrible service and food from this location.

It’s so inconvenient to order online. Honestly tell me what’s the purpose of ordering online also paying for it at the same time when it’s not even going to get started on till you get there …. & when I get there after waiting for someone to pop up in the front he says you have put your here…... Like what the hellyyyy. So now I have to wait longer for my order that I put in 20 mins ago that I expected to be ready…. That’s so ridiculous! You all suck seriously. I placed it at 7:37pm now it is 8:17pm still isn’t ready. Some BS .

you order food and they get it wrong and then after you complaining numerous times about it this manager, Sophia threatened to call the cops on you if you don’t leave and bans you. Always check your order before you leave
I have been going to this location about 3/4 days in a row. I order the same thing every morning between the hrs of 430am -440am. Every time I have gone the system is down. They can not take CC or you can't use the mobile app you must pay cash. Mind you you don't get a receipt to upload points or anything. My question is why don't you just close till you bring up the system. Today the employee was handing over my oatmeal in my hand no bag no nothing I'm like I'm sorry can I get a bag please. Not sure what's going on but maybe think about closing during the time it takes time bring up the system.

This is the only Mc Donald’s where you can get a frappe any time of night. That’s all thanks to the very hard working older woman who works the drive thru over night. I hated Mc Donald’s just based on the terrible customer service, but now I’m back to being a repeat customer just because of the night staff at this location !!
