Had heard alot of great things about this place but to be honest was left expecting more. The place it self was nice and service excellent but the food was one monotone flavor, entomatadas had an acidic flavor like the sauce didn't finish cooking all the dishes had cheese in abundance the dough for the sopes was hard and the size of things was overwhelming to be honest I gave them a try but will not be making a trip from San Benito again

Food was good not great but also not horrible. Price for the portion was good. My problem the service...took like 15 minutes to acknowledge me, 15 minutes to bring just my water, and never came and asked if we needed anything else. I asked her for the menu because I wanted to order something extra brought it and just dumped it there and never came to asked me what is wanted. After finishing eating she never came and gave me my ticket ans had to ask another waitress. Maybe I Will try again with a different waitress.

Had such a great experience dining in. My husband is a Veracruz native. He expressed how the flavor of the food we tried was the closest thing to home he has tried in awhile. The service was excellent. We ordedered the memela, half chinameca and half Sesina. The flavor was authentic delicious and so well made. We accompanied our meal with A fresh Cucumber Agua Fresca. 10/10 Highly Recommend! Viva Veracruz!

First time trying out this place. I lived the atmosphere of this place. Everything is so clean, and they have Mexican music from the State of Veracruz playing in the background, which makes you feel like you are in Mexico 🇲🇽 itself. The service was great and the food is delicious. The corn tortillas are cooked to order, and so is the Cecina. We ordered the Plato Fiesta which came with 2 flautas, 2 enchiladas rojas, 2 sopes de desebrahda, 1 cheese quesadilla, a strip of cecina, a strip of grilled cactus, and side salad with avocado. The other plate was enchiladas potosinas. This plate came with 4 cheese enchiladas, a strip of cecina, frijoles negros, and salad with avocado. To drink, we ordered two aguas frescas of lemonade with cucumber. It's definitely a place to want to come visit. The portions are huge, everything is prepared when ordered, the service is great, and the prices are reasonable.
This review is long overdue. First the service was awesome. The food was simply delicious. I had a memela and it was absolutely delicious. Everything is fresh and so tasty. The aguas frescas are really good too. Next time I’ll try the enmoladas! I highly recommend this place.

Waited 30 minutes for them to make our order only to find out they forgot about it then waited another 30 for them to make it. So like a whole hour waiting. They didn't even have a lot of people to forget about our order. I expected more for the price.
