This place was one of my favorites before they changed locations, but just today I visited their new location and I was eager to return.The food used to be very good, not to mention the drinks.But I think they changed the cook because even the banana, which has no science behind it, was delivered to me all burnt and greasy ?I miss the taste of the old acayucan flavor

First time here and we loved it! Seriously the best food come and try it! We came Saturday for lunch around 1.30pm and the restaurant was not busy, no line. Try the huarache and platanos. They also have aguas frescas. Todo lo que ordenamos estaba super delicioso! The staff was very friendly treated you like family and very knowledgeable on the menu. Definitely coming back and we highly recommend.

Beans were cold, so was the food. Too much meat and had to remove half just to add toppings. Something easily adjusted and would save the restaurant money. Cecina wasn't prepared as it should be and was just meat. Decor was nice, but I'd rather have a decent floor.

Excellent place to eat the shrimp caldazo, it is my favorite varied food from Mexico, Veracruzano ??I miss the old taste of Acayucan left a bad taste in my mouth at its new location.

Today I give you a star only because I drove more than 20 minutes to get there and realized that they had already changed places. We have customers who have already arrived without looking at the map. Please let us know or put something so that recurring customers are aware that they have moved and that sad that they went to weslaco now it is even further away for me

First time here. Service was okay the waitress was not too friendly. Food had the sampler was okay but all the items lacked flavor. The enchiladas are filled with cheese that is a good thing but the sauce on them lacks flavor. The fajita was a big piece and tender but also lacked flavor.
We were there for breskfast. Waitress did not offer what was available for breakfast she just handed us the menus(which did not have any breakfast in it.)
