Tower Nutrition has the best protein donuts they are not only healthy but delicious. I always get the Mexican lollipop tea for that mid day boost. If you can't make the trip everyday I like that they have the tea kits for sale so you can make them at home. I also get the butter pecan shake it's sooo good and it gets me full. In addition, the staff always has a big smile, helpful, and seems informative of the products. I definitely recommend this place!
Clean environment, professional employees, great shakes. I had the traditional strawberry, nice hot raspberry tea, with mango aloe. They make one feel welcomed!

This place is NOT for professional people that work during the week. They used to open at 7AM (which in my opinion was late), but now they changed their hours to open at 8AM. Bad business move! Aside from the time change, their drinks are pricey and their speed of service is slow. For example, a typical morning drink costs $13 and if you order their mini donuts, they take forever to make them despite what their website says after you place your order online. When they were open at 7AM and you order online at, let's say 7:05AM, their website says your order will be ready at 7:20AM, but you can show up at 7:32AM and you'd still be waiting for your donuts. This has happened to me numerous times, that is why I stopped ordering their donuts. Moreover, one morning somewhere around July it was raining. My wife showed up just after 7AM to order a protein shake, and they were closed. She waited for 10 minutes and no one ever showed up. She couldn't wait any longer and had to go to work. It turns out that the owner showed up close to 7:45AM just because it was raining. Very undisciplined owner. Good thing there are other health places we can go to that offer the same, if not, better items. Luckily my wife found The Fitness Nutrition in Pharr which actually has everything Tower Nutrition sells, but their menu is more extensive and easier to get to while I go to work. Once again, Tower Nutrition is an okay place. Their drinks are pricey, their service is slow, and their owner lacks the discipline to properly operate it to maximize his/her revenue and customer experience.

Place is very clean, well managed, extremely helpful; also the drinks are very very tasty. If you ever meet the owner Roel you will understand why its so wonderful and successful to have this shop up and running in a semi-isolated area. Well done!

Tower Nutrition is such a cute nutrition shop! The ambiance is cozy and the owners and staff are so friendly and welcoming. I tried their Melon Delight drink and a mini protein donut. They were BOTH delicious! ? I definitely recommend this location.
