Foods always good but the workers always have a bad attitude. Asked about military discounts and they said they don't do that. So I go to the wingstop corporate website clearly states they do. I show the" manager" and she still says we'll they tell us not to offer that. Or not to offer senior discounts.. I don't even care about the 3 dollars off its principle at that point.

This week I was trying to order by phone since 11:02pm and they where ignoring the phone I kept calling until reaching the restaurant at 11:10pm and as im looking at the restaurant empty and them cleaning they told me there was a 50 minute wait lying to my face I could see them cleaning the fryer. I then walk in and try to order and the gm with blonde highlights and some other guy tall moreno guy with airpods told me there was a 50 minute wait and then said yea we are cleaning sorry sir as i walked out. Obviously closing early to go home but so early one hour before thats crazy.

Several times they have messed up my order already. I didn't even hesitate to call to tell them because they make you drive all the way back to confirm there mistake & honestly the reason one buys food out is because we are already hungry & to go all the way back & still wait for them to correct it.....So last time I ordered, I got no sauce on my wings. Now this time, I got an incorrect amount of wings and no fries.
Terrible service and experience. I placed an order online to go at 5:21 it said it would be ready from 16-21 min I got there on time and the lady at the register named Miah said give me 12 min I was like ohh okkk. So I waited patiently and time waiting was about almost an hour long of a wait. Then I check my bag and they gave me the wrong size of fries. I told them I got the wrong size and she’s like oh ok and switched them out. It took me over 1 hour to barely get home. Why do I have to wait 1 hour for them to mess it up. They shouldn’t have told me 12 min and then for it to be almost an hour. That’s so not right. Very disappointed no wonder I stoped going to wingstop for a while.
