I came in expecting fast service, but that wasn’t the case here. I placed my order at 6:45, and it’s now 7:15 — that’s almost the length of a doctor’s visit. I’m not sure why three cooks and one cashier couldn’t get a few wings out sooner since it was not busy.
According to Google, Wingstop is considered “fast food,” but unfortunately this location didn’t live up to that. The cashier was friendly, but friendliness doesn’t make up for slow service. The crew seemed relatively young, and to top it off, my order still came out wrong.

Wingstop needs to update their app to correct Ready times. We have no problem ordering ahead and planning to wait if they will just tell us how long it actually takes to prepare our food. App said 3:48 and didn’t get my food until 4:17 pm

The place was very chill, the staff were friendly and nice. Only waited 15 mins for my order everything was nice and hot and to perfection. I don’t understand why people talk down on this establishment. WOULD COME AGAIN!!!

Ok I’ve had enough. I need to comment on this. Wingstop Alamo has been a hit every order. Meal comes out fresh all the time. My wife and I order a family combo of 24 . The fries were crispy and the veggies were crispy and fresh. The wings are sauced just right. So far no issues. We have been ordering from here the last two months. Definitely impressed.

Very bad service waited for our food for over an hour they were only doing the to go orders first , they kept telling us in 10 min they will be out and agian and agian then said they were only waiting for the fries to be out and gave us the coldest fries ever and they looked like left over fries they were all little pieces . Every customer waited forever yesterday . They were complaining and the girls were giving them attitude they need to go or fix their attitude .

Waited for over 30 minutes for order, when we got the order the wings were not divided most were drums. They did not put in the garlic like ordered. When we complained the attendant or manager didn't seem to care. Never will we return to that place. We rather pay more and go to wing barn. Bad environment. 👎
