I was placed on hold for 15 mon then the lone went dead. I call back and placed on hold with no one saying anything. Called a 3rd time and rep was rude saying that they have people there and no sorry just you wanna make an order or not. I am disappointed in this location. They need to do better.

Don’t go here, I spent almost 50 dollars to not receive half my order. I tried calling them and they pretended they couldn’t hear me through the phone. I called them again and they wouldn’t answer anymore. Awful service.

I bought a 6piece boneless wing combo, 20min wait ? no customers inside the store ??♀️ I got charged 10.71 paid with a 20.00dll bill cashier told me I owe you 29cents mam, I looked at her and she’s like unless you want them in pennies ? like really??They usually do this!!! Not to mention customer service is bad… but oh well no one will do anything about it right!

Picked up an order under troy Medina the wings felt Refried and super hard I called cashier and she informed me she will check with cook after to bring the wings back but I had given them to the dog after I explained to her they were hard I given to dog she explained to me that cook manager Ronaldo did not want to replace the refried wings and I felt it rude he had the cashier tell me the information instead of him since he's manager
