The burgers were really cheap for how good it was but sadly there was one problem, but I got it fixed, I got overcharged instead of 35$ They did it for 80$ but I disputed it and fixed it but overall recommended.

I had an amazing experience at Jakes. I encountered a small issue with my bill, but our server, Kelly, handled it immediately and professionally. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved quickly. The drinks were also fantastic! I highly recommend this place for great service and a wonderful atmosphere.

Never eaten here before and wanted to try it. Called to place a to go order. Sat on hold for 40+ minutes after being transferred to someone to take my order. No one ever answered.
It was on the way home so I stopped in to place a to go order in person. Informed the bartender who took my to go order that I was STILL on hold trying to place one — didn’t care, not her problem.
At this point I was committed to trying it. My burger was actually pretty good, but it was also an hour past when we were supposed to be eating so maybe I was just starving.
