Very disappointed with this place. They do 2-5pm happy hour for drinks. Pulled up at 4:54pm and the line moved slow as a snail. I got to the window at 5:01 and they refused to sell me the drink. 1 minute really? And totally not my fault yall aren’t staffed enough to keep the line moving. I won’t be returning.

I highly recommend that you do not come here with the family, we decided to stop by after school with my family , we ordered and everything was fine until we got up to the window to pay , we decided to make some changes to our order and the lady who was at the windows decided that she was not going to change our order and passed it on to another co-worker , as we explained that we wanted to change to dorito tacos , I am assuming that they were either having a bad day or they have a nasty attitude because they were telling us that we couldn't do that because they was no tacos on our order , and we told them it's fine just add them , I guess they were not having it because he went and sighed placing his hand on his face (Like I wasn't going to notice him) , we got our order and guess what (It DID have tacos) so that means we paid for additional tacos instead of them just changing the tacos from the order to the nacho ones , I am beyond disappointed, and the food was cold ! just horrible service , if you are in or residing on Aledo , I would not recommend going to Taco bell , I am never taking my family there again !

Always pretty smooth and rarely ever do they mess up an order.
Good food, tables werent clean though and when i walked in, there was shredded cheese all over the booth table. When I placed my order, I didnt receive my order and when i asked for my order up front, there was 2 teenage boys, one with blonde hair with a cross chain, and the other one was hispanic, they asked for receipt when the order is visible on the screen, they also started whispering at each other and kept looking at me. Please fix this issue asap! - This happened Thursday July 25th, 2024
