Never had St. Louis-style pizza before (uses provolone instead of mozzarella) and is now one of my favorite styles. The crust and sauce are fresh and flavorful. I spoke with the owner and the sauce recipe is a long-time family recipe. They don't use Sysco produce and bring in fresh to make everything they can from scratch. Staff is friendly and a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend!
We had the St.Louis style Pizza. It was Delicious. Petty close to what we get at are Favorite places in St. Louis. We also had a garden salad that had provel cheese in it. Wonderful. So enjoy going here.
