There was a kid taking our order when we asked for a half and half pizza. He basically refused us service because he didn’t understand how to ring it in. Instead decided to ignore us and take someone else’s order. He’s some blonde young guy. Please consider hiring staff that is TRAINED. Extremely disrespectful.

We tried the Hub for lunch and ordered from 4 different places. Out of all of the places there this was the last one to be ready. My family was done eating before I got the food? Finally I went inside to check and there were other people complaining of the same thing. My garlic bread was ready but my salad wasn’t after 30 minutes. Someone threw it together and gave it to me with no fork (had to beg for one). And what did I get for $25? A food court quality salad with a few pieces of chewed up chicken on top and some grocery store quality cheesy bread. I know I’m paying for the location but this was absurd.
First timer and it was ruined by the employees. We ordered a large pepp pizza with half jalapenos and ranch. Total after tip was $25. I was the ONLY person who ordered pizza in this timeframe so they were not busy. When the order was ready, there were NO jalapenos on the pizza and the guy just gave me raw jalapenos on the side. I then had to ask for my $3 ranch. This is all printed on the receipt when you pick up your order so for sure someone needs to retrain the employees. Pizza itself was good but won't be returning. Plenty of other places to eat at the HUB. It really is too bad we have to tip on service before we realize how TERRIBLE it is.
This was the best pizza in town until they changed the crust 😞😞😞 so disappointing!
Tasted like school pizza, but the service and atomesphere were great.
Walked into an empty restaurant with a limited menu of 3 pizzas, got the pepperoni and a supreme. Waited 15 minutes before asking about the status, then waited another 15. They were taking the pizza in and out of the oven. Eventually asked for a refund and left. Other people were able to walk in and get pizzas, but we left without any. It was odd and other reviews are absolutely correct. Really disappointed with the order and the general nonchalance about the issues.
Waited over 30 minutes for them to make a small personal pizza order. Checked on my order after 15 minutes of waiting and they said it would be another 5 or so minutes. Waited another 15 minutes and when I went back to check on my order again they said it still hadn’t even gone in the oven yet. Wasted so much time I eventually just got a refund so I could leave. Such a bad experience, with a half ass apology from the employees who just don’t seem to care. Don’t recommend.
Took 45 minutes for a single pizza for me and my kids. I understand there was a big party that ordered a ton of food but you have to learn to prioritize singles orders
Waited on order for over 45 minutes. We watched the employees shout at three different clients, inquiring about thier orders politely. Eventually after our whole party finished eating, we returned and braved ourselves to ask. It turns out the pizza was sitting there because they didn't send the text. Most of the center of the pizza was undercooked. It was a pretty terrible experience.
If you’re looking for great pizza look no further you’ve found it at Amore! Was turned on to this place by my neighbor and now it’s my number one choice. Great crust and ingredients taste fresh.

I’ve been coming her since day one. Almost two years now. The dough is home made, and is amazing! Hands down some of the best pizza in Allen.
They had some bomb pizza. Andy and Jacob in the back straight cookin’. You can tell the pineapples didn’t come from a can; we’re definitely adding this place to our favorites.

Received an email that Amore pizza was having a two pizza for twenty dollars. Great deal except that it not it was false advertisement. It’s not on door dash and the crew inside had no idea. Of course no one step up and said sorry or my bad. Thanks Amore for making me drive over to McDonalds. The one star is because I had to give it one to review.
Let me start by saying that the staff was extremely nice. My criticism has nothing to do with them, the order process, or the speed at which the pizza was prepared. Unfortunately, the pizza itself was terrible. It was the worst pizza I've ever had. The crust was overly thick, doughy, and even burnt in some places. The cheese was excessive, but not in a good way, and the sauce was mediocre at best. Given the high reviews, I was shocked by the poor quality. I can't recommend this place to anyone, unless you prefer overly doughy, soggy thick pizza with an overwhelming amount of cheese and just okay sauce.
We recently visited Amore Pizza and were disappointed with the overall experience, despite the attentive service when placing our order at the counter. The primary issue was the pizza itself. The cheese on top was burnt. The crust had issues as well - the bottom was overcooked to the point of being hard and difficult to chew, while the interior of the crust was undercooked and nearly raw in some parts. The order also took significantly longer than expected. The quoted wait time was already lengthy, but in the end it took twice as long as expected for the pizza to be ready. While the employee who took our order at the counter was courteous and attentive, the food quality and wait time were both highly unsatisfactory. We cannot recommend Amore based on our experience.
