This is usually one of my go-to ice cream shops, I came there and had to reorder because there was something hard in my ice cream and all i ordered was soft served toppings in it. When i asked for it to be remade, same thing, i was disappointed and threw it all away- didnt want to go a third time to avoid upsetting the workers but it was not a good experience especially for $10 ice cream sadly.

Love this location. Large covered front porch shields from rain or shine when in line. Plenty of parking. Exceptional staff, friendly and polite. Watch out for idiots who use the one-way lane to u-turn and cut into the drive-thru line, very dangerous. But hey, this is Texas, there is no shortage of such selfish drivers.

It makes me sad that I come through all excited but then feel like Iâm inconveniencing the workers. I donât expect a lot from high schoolers which seems is what the staff here is mostly made up of. Itâs good to have a fun working environment and I love that for them. I just wish they made customer service a priority. You guys have great tasting treats and I love everything Iâve ordered since you opened. But the lack of customer service, lack of menu knowledge when I ask questions or have an allergy concern, no welcome at the window or a thank you when leaving, I just feel like when I come through Iâm bothering yall. I love seeing the team inside singing, dancing and having fun. Iâll still come back but hope to be seen as a guest thatâs supporting the business and not just another transaction.
When I was trying to order a fresh ice cream with no fruit in it, they gave me ice cream with fruit in it and I did not want it and they did not do anything about it so I would not ever request in these custard and Allen Parkway because I truly do not like it so I just wanted to keep that posted and I really donât like it. I just went to Andyâs, which is usually my go-to spot, and this was the first time I had a bad experience there. The worker who helped us had such a nasty attitudeâit honestly ruined the visit. On top of that, the custard we got barely had any of the toppings it was supposed to come with; it was basically just plain vanilla custard. The whole thing left us really disappointed, especially since this location is one I always rely on for good service and quality.

We went here within the first couple months of them opening. This time really slacked. I ordered a double Oreo milkshake and wasnât asked what size I wanted. When I tried to swap to a large, I was told it was âpre-madeâ and they couldnât accommodate, not even by putting it in a bigger cup and adding more. The shake I got was small, average at best, and actually lukewarm. Definitely didnât taste like âdouble Oreoâ - I had to add more cookies at home. Huge drop in quality compared to our first visit.

I got the Andy's Sundae. Unfortunately the one they handed me was already melted at the window. It was a soupy mess and I was not able to eat it. My husband also got an ice cream and was seriously melted. Not sure what's going on there but it was inedible.
