Bathroom unkempt. Indifferent service. Sauce area not wiped down at all, honey mustard empty. Gave me wrong receipt... Gave it back and shrugged their shoulders when I asked for mine. Food not too bad, sloppily put together. All in all... Meh...won't be back.

Arby's would make a lot of money IF they had smart employees. Today I tried the Steak Bites for the first time and I was cheated out of bites. Some Steak Bites are 1/3 of the size as they should be. I'm talking pieces, they were not all equal and dry! Maybe the employees are eating them. It's been over 10 years since I bought food from Arby's and now I definitely won't go back. Chic Fil A gets it right every time. Owners train your employees so Arby's can make money!

Went through the drive through for lunch. Ordered two chicken cordon bleu sandwiches. Got home and opened up the bag and found out all they gave me were two chicken sandwiches. THE WORST PART WAS, BOTH CHICKEN BREASTS WERE RAW, COLD! Poor management and training!!!!

Absolutely disgusting that they served me raw uncooked chicken in my chicken sliders. Hope I don’t get sick. I already drove home, and it’s incredibly frustrating that I can’t eat my food. Not to mention had to wait for a while to get my food even when I ordered ahead online.

After several years, this location still requires adult supervision. Despite the notification, not a single employee refilled the pump sauces—neither Arby's sauce nor ketchup. The radio station was excessively loud and filled with static. It's unacceptable that no employee took the initiative to change the radio station or turn it off.
This situation highlights a significant lack of leadership and a lack of employee empowerment. To drive meaningful change, we must elevate our employees and give them the authority to resolve issues independently. The Arby's restaurant location must empower its staff to make necessary fixes without waiting for direction or permission.
