sat in line behind 1 car for nearly 20 minutes for chicken wrap, double beef and cheddar, LG fries, LG dp. no curly fries in the entire establishment and a sign on the dt window giving out a # for free sandwich because apparently they have system issues? this screams proprietor owned. they don't give a shit. cheap overhead, he's making $ regardless. this picture is halfway done double beef and cheddar with absolutely no cheese sauce.

I can’t rate the food because I wasn’t allowed to use my coupon that had NOT expired. Jazz was incredibly rude and I’m shocked that she is a manager with that kind of customer service. I asked to speak to someone else and she replied with “why, I already told you once?!” I’m appalled that this is allowed.

I really enjoy this location because it's very close to my work. Food is good and service is quick. I want to give a shoutout to the former manager Kelli who went above and beyond every time I visited. She knew me and alot of my coworkers by name, knew my order and would always ask how my family was doing. We would always make quick small talk in the drive thru. I am going to miss her and hope she finds a wonderful new place.

The chicken sandwich was INSANE. Crispy on the outside, soft in the middle- it was obviously very fresh and it tasted delicious. The macaroni and cheese bites were even better! I don't go to Arby's often, but this visit definitely makes me feel like I should!

The woman at the counter was so friendly! (I really wish i had gotten her name)
And i could see everyone actually working and just doing what needed to be done without the manager having to tell them to.
I also saw the manager doing food safety checks and thats so beyond rare i was honestly stunned.
This seems like a wonderful and very clean place to eat.
And having worked in fast food and restaurants, thats saying something
