Young lady working the drive thru was great, super friendly and genuinely was in a great mood.Food flavor and temperature was exactly what you would expect, no issues at all. However, the 2 sandwiches were assembled very poorly and were a mess when we unwrapped them. Both my wife and I like the beef and cheddar sandwiches, but most likely would not order them again from this store. If we get another slapped together sandwich, we'll not return to this location and try the other McKinney location or go down to Allen.Too many other options out there to just accept something that was slapped together at today's prices.Hope they get better as they are a lot closer to me than the other locations.

My sandwich was cold when i got to my office (its 0.3 miles away). They tried to send me away without a drink and finally sent me away with Dr Pepper (wasn't what i ordered) which i think is DISGUSTING. Drink went straight into the drain. Only thing good was the fries.

AVOID THIS PLACE ... The cashier a guy with a glass on was in Drive thru- 10/31/2023. He is so unfriendly while taking orders and make me wait almost 7 minutes on the drive thru to open his window and take my payments. as soon as he takes payment he tell me rudely to PULL car forward and WAIT for him to come and bring the food. Waited EXTRA 10 Minutes Then he started giving food to the order behind me first in the window and let them go faster. I WALKED IN and snatch a MEAL BAG from him and He stares at me. and THE FOOD SUCKS. AVOID THIS PLACE otherwise Go and REGRET. Your choice. They need to know people use their lunch time to get the meal thru drive thru. IDIOTS..!!!!
