I don't see what people are complaining about. Price is fair for the location they have. People pay $9 or so for Starbucks coffee and a muffin, here you get coffee and 2 donuts for $3.50
Fast and friendly service and very clean. I'm shocked by the several negative reviews. I'd hate to know how many times me and my family have stopped here for donuts over the years and have never gotten anything but extremely fast and friendly service. Often with an extra donut or two thrown in for free. Now, if you show up at 1:30 PM as one reviewer did, you may not have much choice, but I'd hazard a guess that most every small donut shop in the US would be the same.

I get the reviews who mentions that the owner of this shop is rude. I tried to order a dozen donuts as a Fmaily of 5 we go through them fairly quickly. But as soon as I tried to order he made an angry face that I order so many. Then I tried to tell him slowly what I want but he keeps asking me and next? But then he messed up the count of donuts I wanted so I had to correct him. I could tell he was not pleased. For a second I was wondering if I should speak in his native language...read full review
